Over $300 a copy of your ID will be asked and must be provided before we ship your winning lots, to avoid any kind of identity/financial fraud.
Full payment must be made immediately after the sale concludes. All sales are final. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Purchases must be settled in full before any item can be shipped.
All purchased items must be collected at (check Pick up Day) post-auction unless a prior agreement has been made with Maraton Retail Auctions. Buyers are responsible for making all shipping arrangements. We offer shipping services at an additional shipping and handling fee. Items left past the collection period will be deemed abandoned and may be resold without further notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases regardless of collection status. NO EXCEPTIONS.
An 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final purchase price of each lot. Maraton Retail Auctions, according to local regulations, will charge a provincial sales tax of 13%.

The Auctioneer at Maraton Retail Auctions reserves the right to group, modify, add, or delete lots at their discretion.
Buyers agree to indemnify Maraton Retail Auctions and the sellers against any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from any injuries to persons or damage to property during the auction or the collection of purchased items. Additionally, the buyer will be held accountable for any damage to the property caused during the removal of purchased items.
