Online Bidding Only 15% Buyer's Premium added to final winning bid to determine contract sales price on all personal Property. 10% Buyerr's Premium added to final winning contract sales price on Real Estate. 10% Down Day of Sale on Real Estate and Balance Due on or before 30 days from end of auction.
