WYoder Auction, LLC will not accept requests to retract bids. if bidder insist on retracting bids they will be black flagged and not allowed to bid anymore.
In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, we reserve the right to cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction.
X 5 means that the bid will multiplied by the number of items. Example 5 items at a $10.00 bid will be $50.00.
5.5% sales tax applied, exempt where applicable.
10% Onsite/Live Buyer's Fee, 13% Phone Buyer's Fee, 25% Online Buyer's Fee for all non-vehicle purchases, 20% Online Buyer's Fee for all vehicle purchases.

Example of how online vs live bidding works::: Your max bid is $100 (assuming bid increments are at $5). At first, there is a bid online at $90 (and now you put in a max bid of $100), which then moves you to $95. When we begin the live auction, a floor bidder then bids $100, putting him in the lead. We cannot see that your max bid was $100 and that the computer is bidding for you.
We accept bids as they come in, both online and in house. Remember, this is not a system we set up, it is how every online bidding system works. We see the same results when both online and in house are going simultaneously. In a live auction, the internet is not always right.
The credit card used for bidding registration is charged the morning of the next business day following the auction unless otherwise specified (respond via email to Unpaid invoice). If the card does not go through for the full amount owed, W Yoder Auction, LLC has the right to charge the registered card a percentage of the balance due. NOTE: Any purchases of $5,000 or over or any automobile / titled vehicle will require payment via cash, check or wire transfer. Credit card is an unacceptable
Due to prior delinquent payment history, if payment in full is not received by third business day after auction end, WYoder Auction, LLC will increase Buyer's fee to 30% and percentage will be added to invoice balance. Example: auction ends Saturday, payment in full must be received by end of business day, Wednesday.
IMMEDIATLEY contact us if an alternative payment method is preferred (i.e. cash, check), payment must then be submitted within three business days. If no payment is made by the third business day, the credit card on file will be charged.
If payment method changed to cash, check or wire transfer, 10% Onsite/Live and 25% Online Buyer's Fee remains in effect.
If paying with a credit card different from the one registered, an extra 4% processing fee is applied.
When registering a new credit card, it is charged a $1.00 authorization fee.
WYoder Auction, LLC does not test items for genuineness. Bidder inspection is encouraged; all descriptions are believed true and accurate but are not guaranteed or warrantied. Pictures are part of the description.
Placing a bid signifies bidder has examined the item(s) to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to examine them personally. NO RETRACTING OF BIDS.
All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by WYoder Auction, LLC. All sales final.
Any disagreement between auction company and Buyer will remain in the jurisdiction of Waushara County Circuit Court, Wautoma, Wisconsin.

W Yoder Auction, LLC is a licensed Wisconsin dealership and are required by law to charge sales tax, title and licensing fees.All purchased vehicles must have temporary license plate to leave the lot (provided by WYoder Auction, LLC) unless valid, transferable plates are presented (brought with to auction). Special plates are not available.All WI residents required to pay tax, title, and licensing fees unless a licensed Dealer with papers.Out-of-State Buyers are required to pay sales tax for their state of residence on titled automobiles.Out-of-State Vehicle Buyers are responsible for finding their own vehicle transportation.All sales final "AS-IS", no warranties, including vehicles. No refunds. Wire transfer required for all International Buyers.

SHIPPING DETAILS: W Yoder Auction does not ship to PO Boxes please register a physical mailing address if shipment is expected, as Over sized items that cannot be shipped through standard mail can be crated and freighted; additional labor, packaging and supply fees applied at $26 per hour, $8 minimum.
PICK UP DETAILS: Please read auction details for pick up dates and times. There will NOT be a daily holding fee.
If large items have been purchased and are being picked up, W Yoder Auction, LLC staff is not responsible for loading; the Buyer is solely responsible for bringing help/muscle to assist in loading items purchased.
W Yoder Auction, LLC is not open on weekends, though requests of relocating items outside to pick up over the weekend can be arranged. Items placed outside the building are not protected; if items are damaged/missing/stolen, W Yoder Auction, LLC is not responsible and the Buyer will not receive a refund.
Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of W Yoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory; no refunds.
OTHER DETAILS:If you see a lot marked as "age unknown," that means we do not know how old it is, but in our opinion it may not be old."Authentic/Original" means we believe it to be all original. Everything marked "authentic/original" will be guaranteed."Not Old" means our opinion is the item is not very old."Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" means an original was never made.All sales final; "as is" no warranties, including vehicles.Any and all bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
