Preview Date/Time Previewing starts April 29, 2024 and Ends May 11, 2024 during normal business hours M-F 8-4:30. We are also open for previewing during extended "Auction Hours" which include Saturday, May 4th and May 11th from 8:00am to 11:30am.
Checkout Date/Time Check out times start May 13, 2024, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday, May 18 ONLY, 8:00 to 11:30 am. Closed on Sundays. Customers requiring loadout assistance please arrive at least 30 min prior to closing. Payment due by May 15, 2024. All items must be removed by May 22, 2024. AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS There is a 10% buyer's premium up to $7500.00 per each individual item, buyer's premium over $7500.00 capped @ $750.00. The buyer is responsible for the $75.00 documentation fee on -all "Titled items". Meridian Equipment performs "Title Purpose Only" transfers. The buyer is ultimately responsible for obtaining the proper registrations, licenses, etc. All prospective buyers must be at least 18 years old and are required to register with Meridian Equipment Auction prior to bidding. By using the bid number, the bidder acknowledges they have received, read, and understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction either on the bidder's agreement or posted at the auction facility. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON AWARD OF ONLINE BID. PAYMENT: FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 5 PM, WEDNESDAY May 15, 2024. PAYMENT METHODS INCLUDE CASH, CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER (SUBJECT TO $35 FEE), CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS (SUBJECT TO 4% SURCHAGE). All bids are final and non-reversible. The purchaser accepts the lot when the online bid is placed. ALL SALES FINAL. REMOVAL: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM, WED May 15, 2024. REMOVAL HOURS: 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND 8:00 AM TO 11:30 AM SATURDAY. CLOSED SUNDAY. Removal of all items shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Loading assistance is provided as a courtesy; however, purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for loading and removal of purchases. Auctioneer reserves the right to require proof of adequate insurance coverage from any purchaser items requiring dismantling, rigging or hot cutting. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless both, consignor and Auctioneer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and attorneys against any damage caused by the acts of purchaser. All items must be removed from the auction facility within 7 days after the auction date. If for any reason purchaser fails to remove any purchase within the time specified, the purchase shall be deemed abandoned, and Auctioneer at its sole discretion may resell the items. Purchaser shall be liable for any rent incurred or damages suffered by Auctioneer because of purchaser's failure to remove any item. Failure to remove items will result in a rental / storage fee of not less than $25 per item per week REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed until the conclusion of the auction. Following conclusion of the auction, merchandise purchased must be removed from the premises within the time limits provided. Any merchandise not removed within the time limit shall be deemed to have been abandoned by the purchaser and ownership thereof reverts to the seller. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Everything will be sold on an as-basis without any warranty or representation whatsoever. This includes any and all faults as to the merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final. Purchaser agrees to pay all cost of removal and purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer and seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused by the removal of items purchased. Currency is in USD. Payment and checkout begins May 13, 2024. All items must be paid or postmarked by May 15, 2024. If you are sending a check, please send confirmation of when check was sent. Alternative payments not received or notified by May 15, 2024, will have credit cards on file charged subject to credit card surcharge. It can take up to 3-4 days for all credit cards to be processed. We accept Checks, Cash, and most credit cards. Invoices are sent out via email following the auction typically within 24 hours of auction closing. Please be sure to check the spam/junk folder for invoices. If an emailed invoice is not received by Monday, May 15, 2024 please contact the office and a new invoice can be issued. Closed Sunday: May 12, 2024 Auction purchases must be picked up by: May 22, 2024 OFFICE PAYMENT hours will be Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM- 11:30 AM: LOADOUT ASSISTANCE HOURS- M-F 8-4:00 and Sat 8-11. Please respect our hours: We are a small family run business and hire addational part time help for loadout. Please be in our facility by 4:00 so we can get you loaded safely and efficiently. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and pickup. Limited shipping is available with pre approval. Please give adequate time for pickup, facility closes at 4:30 PM PST and staff leaves at that time, If you show up @ 4:20 with multiple pages of items to pickup you will be turned away. Pickup of large and extra handling items require appointments for pickup. We are here to assist you with staff and equipment to load your purchases during the pickup dates listed, but the buyer is responsible for any supplies needed to haul and secure the load safely. If Meridian Equipment Staff deems the load unstable, unsecure and/or unsafe in any manner we will not load you. Please do your due diligence prior to bidding. Pickup or other arrangements must be made within 14 Days. If you cannot come within 14 days, please call us at 360-398-2141 and make other arrangements. After 14 days, you will be charged $25.00/week if no arrangements for pickup have been made. Items left after 30 days will be forfeited become property of Meridian Equipment Inc and will be sold or disposed of for storage fees. Buyers are responsible for obtaining the proper permits and transportation for removing their vehicles from the premises. Vehicles are listed as running or driving if they drove into our facility. Vehicles are not road tested or inspected. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicles prior to bidding and making proper arrangements for safe removal of vehicles.
