Auction Terms & Conditions - Invoices will be sent at the end of the auction and must be paid before items will be shipped or released. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local check, and cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: At the time of check out, a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to bid and/or purchase.
BUYER BEWARE/ITEM CONDITIONS: All products are sold "as is," "where is," with all faults and blemishes included. Items are sold without any express or implied warranties.
ITEM PREVIEW: Preview times are listed on every auction but are normally by appointment.
ITEM PICK-UP: Winning bidders must pick up their items the day after the auction at the location of the auction starting at 9 AM UNTIL 4 PM. You will need to bring appropriate help to load heavy or bulky items.
SHIPPING: Bidders are responsible for contacting Nicklas Estate Sales and Liquidators, LLC if an item is being shipped. We will ship items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. Shipping will be automatically charged to your payment card. Items will be shipped out within 7 days of the auction's close. Inquiries about shipping and the potential cost of shipping should be asked BEFORE bidding.
AUCTION LISTINGS: Sometimes we make mistakes. Always read the item description before bidding because sometimes the incorrect photo may be displayed. You are bidding on the specified item, not the one in the picture. Please ask questions if you think there is an issue with the auction listing. Items may be added to or removed from the auction at the auctioneer's discretion.
Anything left on the auction property after seven days will be resold.
The auctioneer maintains the right to adjust the auction closing times, inspection or removal times, as well as to cancel, stop, extend, or reschedule a particular item and/or auction event.
