Lead Mr. T - 11yr old thoroughbred gelding
Description
Health& Soundness: Sold As Is - No Known Restrictions Sex: Gelding Age or Birthdate: 11yrs old Breed: Thoroughbred Name: Mr. Tenacious Registration: Registered Height: 17.3HH Defects: Clouds in both eyes - but see's perfectly Beginnings of kissing spine - xrays & vets say he has plenty of years in him - just recommend no jumping. Hay Choice: Alfalfa & Orchard Description: Mr. T has been in our family for a little over three years. He is a sweet boy who loves attention and snacks! He is what I would consider bombproof; doesn’t spook at anything we have come in contact with. I’ve ridden him on trails, arena, pretty much everywhere but the beach. He is a very slow mover unless asked and will give a steady ride. I rode him my entire pregnancy and he took great care of me! He was bought for my husband because he is kind, gentle, easy to ride if you’re a beginner. Walk, trot and canter. T has no shoes on right now. He has typical thoroughbred feet. He has had shoes before. Some of the medical stuff about him is he has clouds in both eyes; he can see perfectly out of them, they were from his racing days. He also has the beginnings of kissing spine; I have done X-rays and seen by two vets. Both said he is perfectly fine and has plenty of years in him, just recommend no jumping. Currently I feed him 2 flakes alfalfa and one flake orchard twice day with 3 cups Purina impact senior and 1 pump gut x am and pm Teeth and vaccines done around November 2022 time but to be sure I can check with my vet. Feet done August 22nd. I love this horse’s personality, and if circumstances were different I would keep this boy. He is low man on the totem pole when it comes to other horses but he wants to be everyone’s friend. He has no bad habits other than he puts on a mean face when going to feed him. It’s all for show, and he won’t do anything, just shoo him away and he will retreat to his corner and he also paws in the cross ties for a little but stops after a bit. He stands at the mounting block very nicely. I have also had Chiro done on him within the last 6 months and had a massage done in July. Walk, Trot, Canter. Has been ridden English and western. Would excel in dressage. Pick up for any horse is SATURDAY following the sale after 11am or any day after that, (please communicate with the office) at $15/day per. head for boarding. Any livestock leaving the state of Washington must have a health certificate to cross state lines. Horses must have a health certificate and a negative coggins before crossing state lines.
