If you are local you can pick-up your items from our office. Otherwise we have in house shipping.
Packing & Shipping will be 100% buyers financial responsibility.If you prefer not to use our in house shipping we would be more than happy to take your items to a packing/shipping store in the same town, to have them packaged and ship your items for you. If you use our in house shipping our shipping software will email you a shipping quote for the items you bid on and won that need to be shipped. All boxes shipped will have tracking and will be insured. If the item arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days and we can email you the claims link. The insurance will pay you directly ..Please be patient during the shipping process while we sort and get the items ready to be shipped, We try to make sure to put all your items together in one package if possible. If you pay for items/shipping by check we will hold items to be shipped until the check clears the bank. If you you would like to pick up your items please call and make arrangements all items left at the auction company that are not picked up after 60 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of the auction company, unless prior arrangement have been made with the auction company to pick up the items .If winning bidder does not contact auction company within 2 weeks after the auction to arrange for shipping of items paid for on the online auction we will presume said bidder is abandoning there items and will not be refunded for the winning lots that they bid on and won in the online auction. The lots will then become the property of the auction company to dispose of as they see fit for the items. You must notify the auction company personally by phone that the package did not arrive within 30 days of the shipment . We will email you a claims link.
