All visits are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. Equipment removal of all equipment must be completed before the deadline date. Buyer responsible for removal, packaging, crating, palleting, boxing. Unless noted in the LOT description. Parker SMT will help locate a local packer for you if needed. Most Sellers of equipment will help load onto the Buyer truck. 15% Buyer's Premium. All sales taxes will be included in the total price unless the required tax-exempt documentation is provided by the buyer. After auction is completed, all winning bidders will be contacted and invoiced detailing purchased equipment and payment is due at that time. Payment is due upon receipt of Invoice. Preferred payment methods are wire / ACH Transfers, certified check. We do accept Credit Cards with a convenience fee of 5% added to the total invoice. The payment is to be made in USD only. All auction equipment in this auction may be purchased, prior or during the auction. If a LOT is purchased during the open bidding, the LOT will be closed to any further bidding. Schedule Pick-up dates with Brent Parker once auction has ended. All equipment must be picked up 2-Weeks after auction ended. All shipping materials, crating, rigging are the buyer's responsibility. We have a local packer(s) at each location that may assist and provide quote for packaging of equipment. Most locations have standard dock and accessible by truck. Some locations can assist of loading equipment onto truck only.
