Auction Terms - Winning bidders will have a $500 non refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction. . If your invoice is less than $500 we charge the actual purchase amount. 10% Buyers premium for Cash, certified funds or wire transfer.13% for checks unknown to us or credit card payments. (We use an electronic check verification system).
NOTE: Credit Card payments will not be accepted for full payment on vehicles. $500 deposit only on credit card, balance due in CASH or certified funds for vehicle purchases.
You have the option to pay your balance in CASH or certified funds within (2) days of the auction close. Any unpaid invoices after the second scheduled pickup day will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
No titles will be released until funds are cleared. Items must be paid for within 3 days of Auction close. 6% Sales Tax will be added for non-titled items.
NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge the deposit, YOUR ITEM or ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED, you will go on record with Hibid.com as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions.
