Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items. High Desert Exchange will assist load out at purchaser's request. High Desert Exchange will not be responsible for any damages to items, personal property, or person that occur during load out.
There is a 15% Buyers Premium fee and a 10.25% LA County sales tax added to items won.
ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Bidding on any lot in High Desert Exchange's Auctions without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent.
Failure to pay all charges will mark a strike to your account, and 2 marks will result in a freeze to your account.

Thursday 12/9 - 10:00am to 5:00pm
Monday 12/13 - 10:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday 12/14 - 10:00am to 5:00pm
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN TUESDAY 12/14 5PM
All items not picked up will be forfeited and items will be relisted on a future auction.
