A 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card transactions. ~ Payment will be cash, good check or Paypal. A $30 Return check fee plus collection fee will be applied to all bad checks. ~ Once the auctioneer declares an item sold , responsibility for that item lies with the buyer! ~ Any items left after scheduled pick up times will be forfeited. ~Cedar Valley Iowa Realty & Auction Co. does NOT restrict it's employees or officers from participating in the auctions. ~Announcements at the time of sale take precedent. ~ Auctioneer has the right to refuse or accept any & all opening bids. ~ All items purchased must be picked up the day of the auction or alternate arrangements may be made. We can NOT store your items for you!! You may be required to show your paid in full receipt upon removal of auction items after the auction day. ~ There are 15 security cameras in place inside & outside of this facility.
