Checkout Date/Time: Following the close of the sale, you can expect a call from our office to collect payment within 1 - 2 business days. Payment must be made within 3 business days of the close of the auction.
Shipping arrangements must be made no later than 5 business days after payment of auction invoice(s). Any items not picked up within this time frame may incur a storage fee. After 15 days, items will be considered abandoned property and will be relisted or discarded at our discretion. Depending on size and weight, delivery of items can be arranged for an additional fee, please contact us for a quote.
Payments can be made over the phone or online before pickup or shipping. Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal, credit card, or cash upon pickup. No personal or business checks.

Auction Terms & Conditions
1.At the discretion of Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC, any invoice may be required to be paid by cash, paypal, venmo, or credit card following the close of the auction.
2. At the discretion of Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC, copy of photo ID may be required.
3. We do not accept checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.
4. Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC will not ship to an address not listed on your HiBid account.
5.No Items are to be removed from the auction premises until they are paid for in full.
6.There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for this auction.
7.All bidders should be aware of their tax liabilities when bidding. All purchases in New York State will be subject to 8.00% sales tax, unless the purchaser has a New York State Sales Tax Exemption Number. Exemption numbers from other states are not valid in New York. A current New York Out-of-State Resale Certificate (OSR) must be provided for exemption. This can be emailed to onlinesales@junknthetrunkantiques.com to be put on file.

8.Pickups are to be made by appointment. Buyer assumes responsibility to make arrangements with Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC to pick up their item. If items are not picked up within 15 days of the close of the auction and alternate arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to consider these items abandoned property. They will be resold or otherwise disposed of without further notice.
9. All items are sold in "as-is" where is condition with all faults, defects, flaws etc. There is no warranty implied or intended for any item.
10.All sales are final. There will be no refunds, chargebacks, replacements or exchanges.
11. Visual, written and oral descriptions are the opinions of Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. The pictures represent the item(s) being sold.
12.Buyers are responsible for previewing items online via pictures provided in the listing, to make independent judgments on condition, or having an agent do so on their behalf. Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC, may provide additional information upon individual inquiry.
13.The buyer assumes full responsibility for items at the conclusion of the online auction.
14. Any bid entered by mistake on the bidder's part is NOT grounds for a cancellation of the bid. Each bidder is responsible for their own account and bids. Allowing access to any account to another individual who enters a bid without your knowledge will NOT be grounds for cancelation of the bid(s). Any bid made on your account will bind you to the bid in accordance with these terms.
15.When applicable, buyer is responsible for paying true shipping expenses in addition to handling fees- which may vary by weight, dimensions, and distance.
16.It is the buyers responsibility to request shipping and delivery quotes prior to bidding on an item. Bids will not be retracted due to shipping expense, or for any other reason.
17.All measurements & counts are approximations; buyers are encouraged to make their own assessments. Using the pictures provided in the online listing.
18.Non-Paying bidders will receive a negative rating and will be blocked from bidding in all future auctions.

Payment Terms
We will be accepting payment by credit card & cash following the close of the auction. At the discretion of Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC, any large invoice may be required to be paid following the close of the auction. There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for this auction. Please also be aware New York State tax is applicable to you when bidding unless you have a tax-exempt certificate on file.

Purchases must be picked up at Junk In The Trunk Antiques and Collectibles LLC- located at the location provided when pickup is scheduled. It is YOUR responsibility to make pickup arrangements with us following the close of the auction. Pickup must be made by appointment no later than 5 calendar days after payment is made. Payment must be made within 3 business days of the close of the auction. Any items not picked up within this time frame may incur a storage fee. After 15 days items will be considered abandoned and will be relisted or disposed of.
We will have smaller lots packaged before pickup and labeled by lot number. Larger items may not be packaged or wrapped. We do not provide boxes, packing materials or assistance to help load upon pickup. Please arrive prepared.
SHIPPING - Shipping is available for most items at the buyer's expense. In addition to postage fees, we charge a $5 packing fee for this auction. Estimates can be provided upon request. Please submit your requests no later than 3 days before the auction closes. All items shipped must be insured and shipped to the address on file with HiBid.
