All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

Payment Terms	At the end of this auction the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.

Shipping / Pick Up

PICKUP is on October 24th and 28th from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:00pm. If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of August 28th. After October 28th, any items not picked up have not requested shipping will be relisted and not refunded. Shipping assistance will be available for this auction. For shipping requests by forwarding your invoice PDF file issued to you to Auctions@tryc2.com. All items must be picked up on the specified date as set in the dates section. Failure to pick up or request shipping on the designated dates will result in a forfeiture of all items without the option for refund. All requests for shipping must be made with the invoice PDF file and must be requested within 3 business days starting on the designated shipping date. Failure to make a request with the invoice will result in a forfeiture of items without the option for a refund. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that are pallet sized and freight items. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process. C2 Management will offer shipping on 10 items and less of ground items through UPS for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. C2 Management will offer shipping on 2 items and less of freight items through UPS freight for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. Shipping cost will be automatically charged to the card on file with Hi-bid. Failed cards will result in an additional $5 processing fee. After 3 business days without resolution to Hi-bid information using email, items and shipping will be forfeit. Shipping only offered within the United States
