Provenance: From the private estate of a long time art collector. According to the consignor this fine painting has not undergone an expert authentication certification process, hence is being sold as manner of the artist.
John Duncan Fergusson was a Scottish artist and sculptor, regarded as one of the major artists of the Scottish Colourists school of painting.
