Method of Payment: All items must be paid in full either by cash, check, credit card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all purchases, and an 18% buyer's premium will be added if using a credit card. Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, October 7th from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm The Buyer will forfeit any items not removed within this time frame, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Condition of Items: All items in this auction, including but not limited to boats, jet skis, and other titled items, are being sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is" with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the items during the designated inspection period and to bid accordingly. Neither the auction company nor the seller makes any representations or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or accuracy of the descriptions of the items being sold. Shipping: Shipping will only be available through our in-house shipping department for small items only. Shipping will not be available for any large items or furniture.
