Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 15% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the final purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number that must be provided 24 hours prior to the close of the auction. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Your FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee to you as a buyer. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "AS-IS, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Please use the photos as well as the inspection dates to draw your conclusions for each of the auction items. They are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns. Removal: Items must be picked up on Tuesday October 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, For additional removal times, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer.
