Due to limited space - All items that are sold must be picked up by buyers at the times posted above Please Note: Failure to pick up items will automatically result in items being forfeited with no refund or credit. 4. All buyers are responsible for disassembling and removing items they purchase, so please bring tools, packing materials, boxes and manpower if applicable. 5. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION 6. A 15% Buyers premium will apply to all purchases. 7. All sales are final. Bidders may not retract their bid. 8. Applicable Sales Tax applies to instate purchases, unless a valid resale license is on file with us. No tax will be charged on currency or bullion. 9.Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 30 SECONDS until the auction is completed. This auction will feature extended bidding, meaning that if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the bidding will be extended an additional 60 seconds to ensure that all bidders have time to place their bids. 10. Your credit card will be validated, meaning a "hold" will be place on your credit card for $1.00 then reversed within 24 hours. This is to help ensure that all bidders are bidding with a valid credit card. 15. Unpaid or declined invoices will be continually charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid. 16.
