Registration and Payment - You will need to register with a credit card with Hibid.com. This is a timed online auction with a 12% buyer's premium and 7% IN Tax that will be added to all wininng bids. Your credit card on file will AUTOMATICALLY be charged following the close of the auction. Preview - All items will be sold "as is where is" with no physical warranty express or implied. The auction company makes every effort to take multiple pictures, note defects, note dimensions of items, and provide as much information as possible to ensure confidence in bidding. However, a preview date and time has been set and it is the buyer's responsibility to come and inspect the items you wish to bid on. If you are unable to attend, please call the auctioneer with any questions or concerns before bidding on any items. The auction company is not responsible for items with defects, confusion of the size of an item, or any other characteristics of the items offered for auction. Pickup Procedures - All items must be removed from the premises the day of the specified pick up date and time. After 7 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become property of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Fort Wayne. Successful winning bidder is responsile to bring adequate help and all necessary equipment and or supplies to remove items. Auction company and its personnel are not responsible for removal and loading of items. Shipping - Within 2 hrs of the auction ending you will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint to select pick up time and or shipping. We may take up to 15 business days to ship for large auctions. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx or UPS. When the shipping invoice is paid shipping will be finalized and you will receive tracking number once your label is printed.

This is a timed online auction only with a soft close format, 12% BP and 7% IN sales tax will be added to all wininng bids. Your credit card on file will automatically be charged following the close of the auction. Please make sure the card you registered with is not expired and has a limit that will cover the cost of what you plan to spend. A paid invoice will be emailed to you with the email you registered with (check your junk or spam folder if you do not see in your inbox). Please make sure your email is correct as you will not receive your invoice or periodic email notifications, if any, during the bidding period.
Pick Up: You will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint regarding pickup scheduling. When you select pick up, please also select the date and pick-up time. Due to previously scheduled appointments by other bidders, we will not accept early checkouts for early arrivals. Shipping: 5-7 business days you will receive a text and email from Shipping Saint with your shipping invoice. ** Yes shipping is expensive. We provide shipping at a cost to the buyer. Shipping price includes packing, materials, insurance, & shipping cost. Please contact us for qoutes or questions on shipping cost. Please verify address and pay invoice. As soon as you pay we will be notified, your shipping lable will be printed and you will receive another text and email with your tracking number. ALL items that are not picked up or shipping invoice paid 7 days from auction date will become property of Schrader Fort Wayne
