Robert’s Estate consists of : 1977 Scout, 1966 Mustang, 1929 Ford model A, boats, trailers, 4 wheeler, firearms, ammunition, reloading, shop tools, household items, furniture, antiques and collectibles. This is a large collection you don’t want to miss. Online bidding available on select items, but there are many items only available to in-person bidders! For over 25 years, Bob was a quality engineer manager at International Harvester/Navistar, retiring in 1985. He also owned a consulting firm, Bojan International, for over 20 years. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. After a bidder has won the bid, all risk of loss and damage passes to the bidder, even though the bidder may have not paid for the item yet. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. Firearms Terms Expanded: Boone Auctions is not a test facility and assumes no liability for the safe function of any firearm. All customers when purchasing a firearm that are not capable of rendering a judgement for the ability of the firearm to function safely and properly should have a qualified gunsmith check the purchase before use. Boone Auctions does not warrant that you may legally purchase, resale, own or use specific products offered for sale at our auction. Local laws are constantly changing, it is your responsibility to investigate the products you wish to purchase and verify that they are not prohibited by any State or Local ordinances in your area before bidding. Online Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Boone Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. (Boone Auctions) is providing Internet pre-auction and internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against (Boone Auctions) or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. (Boone Auctions) will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. (Boone Auctions) reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Onsite / In Person Buyers of firearms may take their purchases with them on the day of the Auction without 4473 documentation as the ATF considers an Estate Auction as a "Casual Sale" when all required criteria is met. Online bidders may come pick up their winning firearms bids during the advertised pickup days/hours at the auction site in Whiteland. Any firearms not picked up during these allotted times will result in your purchase being taken to the following FFL Dealer where handling and $25 4473 application fees and legal transfer paperwork will be required. ALL local and federal firearms laws will be strictly adhered to. Any firearm that accepts a primer fed cartridge or shell or any metallic cartridge of any kind (including those considered relic or curios) will only be shipped directly to FFL holders or the purchasers designated FFL licensee. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearm will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazines. No firearms will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States except to Alaska and Hawaii. After February 1, 2010, ammunition sold to purchasers in the state of California, can only be shipped to the purchaser's designated FFL Licensee. Ammo will not be shipped to Alaska. Auction costs do not include shipping cost of the firearm items purchased at auction. Upon completion of purchase for the items(s) won at auction, it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local FFL holder to coordinate the transfer of the item(s) purchased. Purchasers local FFL holder will eventually need to email a copy of their transfer document (FFL LICENSE COPY) to “Guns@The2ndRight.com”. In order for “The 2nd Right” to coordinate the transfer, it is the buyers responsibility to email “The 2nd Right” at the email address provided below with the following required information. Firearm transfer fee for shipping and or pickup at FFL required will have a minimum of $20 charged per package plus postage or shipping costs to the buyer's credit card. The description and condition of the firearms were provided by the seller in most cases or by an outside consultant and are assumed correct by the auctioneers and or the auction company, but are not warranted by either the auctioneer or the auction company. Any firearm rejected from the Sate of California FFL holder will require return shipping fees paid by the buyer. If shipping fees are not paid within 30 days of return, the items will become the property of Jeff Boone Auctions. Any/All items not transferred from “The 2nd Right” within 30 days from date of auction will become the property of Jeff Boone Auctions.
