PICKUP- After the auction all bidders will be sent a link to sign up for a pickup time. You MUST select a pickup time in order to pickup your items.
IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICKUP DAY, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I am sorry but we cannot make arrangements with every bidder for a different date. Please contact our office if you have any questions. Thank you.
Items not picked by the end of pickup will be charged a $5 fee per lot per day. We are not trying to be difficult or mean with this, but the items will be turned over to the new owners after the auction concludes. We will try to work with you if you contact us. Thank you!
Shipping: Shipping is available on all lots in this auction. All shipping for this auction will be done in house. Bidders will be sent a link after the auction to confirm shipping details. YOU MUST CALL US WITH A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO HAVE SHIPPING!!!! Yes, we are happy to work with our bidders on shipping. We try & use USPS Flat rate shipping as much as possible. We also offer shipping with Copy Pack Post in Macomb, IL. We will work to keep shipping costs down. There will be a handling fee for shipping all items. ALL FRAGILE/GLASS/BREAKABLE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED THROUGH COPY PACK POST WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. **No shipping on large items unless Janssen Auctioneers is contacted PRIOR to auction ending** No refunds on shipping cost. Thank you.
Payment: We accept Cash, Local Check, or Card. Card will carry a 5% credit card fee. All shipping will be done with a credit card payment. If paying with a check, please have an ID present.

If you need any assistance in online bidding, please contact Janssen Auctioneers prior to the last day of the auction. Janssen Auctioneers will accept absentee bids on items that will also include the 12% BP.
All announcements made on sale day shall supersede any prior advertisements. Items sold as is where is with no guarantee unless otherwise stated prior.

Items are sold "as is" with no warranty and that items may not be returned. The auctioneer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. The auctioneer is not responsible for any internet services fails. The auctioneer is not responsible for any missed bids from live, internet, absentee, phone, or simulcast bids. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit Card, Cash or Check.
