Checkout Date/Time Glass may be picked up at the Museum beginning Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm ET. Glass must be picked up by Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Please remember the Museum is closed on Sunday and Monday. Note: Items un-claimed as of November 6, 2024 may be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day going forward. Items remaining un-claimed as of November 30, 2024 will be considered abandoned, become property of HCA, and any payment will be gratefully accepted as a charitable donation to HCA.

Description
The Heisey Collectors of America, Inc. is pleased to present the 2024 Dave Spahr Fall Select Auction. Auction proceeds benefit the Heisey Glass Museum, Newark, OH. We have a wonderful selection of Heisey glass encompassing all the years of production from 1896 to 1957. Many of the Heisey colors, cuttings and etchings are included. CONDITION CODES The following codes are used to describe any problems/ issues identified by our catalogers with our glass at our auctions. Minor mold marks and straw marks which occur in the manufacturing processes are not called. B = Bruise C = Crack F or f = Flake H = Marked with the Diamond H M = Major mould flaw R = Repair X = Major damage "D" after the lot number indicates the item has been donated to the Auction and the full amount benefits the Museum. A buyer's premium consisting of 8% of the winning bid amount shall be added to the winning bid amount and paid by the buyer. A statement of winnings will be sent after payment is processed. 3) HCA has endeavored to describe all items to the best of its ability; however, this is not a warranty. 4) All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS. HCA has the right to make any corrections at the time of sale and to provide additional information. 5) HCA has the authority to set opening bids and reject any bid raise not in line with established bid increments. Items are sold without reserve, unless advertised otherwise. In the case of a disputed bid, HCA has the authority to settle disputes to the best of its ability and its decision is final. 6) Minimum starting bid per lot is $15. 7) ALL SALES are FINAL and all items must be paid for before glass is picked up. Glass must be claimed by November 6, 2024. Items un-claimed by this date may be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day going forward. No in-house shipping is available. All buyers are responsible to make their own PICK-UP & shipping arrangements, including shipping costs, directly with the shipper. Glass will be available for pick-up beginning on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 between 10 am and 4 pm ET at the Heisey Glass Museum located at 169 W. Church Street in Newark, OH. Items un-claimed as of November 6, 2024 may be assessed a storage fee of $5.00 per day going forward. Please remember the Museum is closed Sunday and Monday. HCA is aware of the following area shippers: Express Pack and Ship: (740) 366-1325, Pakmail: (740) 522-2564, and UPS Store 3910: (740) 366-0100. HCA is not responsible for services provided by these vendors, but will work with them to make sure your glass is available. The Museum will have copies of your receipt and will release your glass to your preferred shipper. Be sure to advise the Museum of your preferred shipper.
