Inspection:
You acknowledge that you have the right and responsibility to inspect the item(s) personally, or to have a third-party representative inspect the item(s) for you. That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in its present condition at its present location and with the description provided whether accurate or not.
*All coins are guaranteed to be original. Grading (professionally slabbed as well as hand written) can vary depending on the expert or agency. Any coin grading is subjective and supplied to the best of our knowledge, and should be used only as an approximate guideline. WE ARE NOT COIN AND CURRENCY GRADERS, we are auctioneers, we do however do our best to supply the best possible knowledge that is available to us at the time of cataloging.
Auction Terms & Conditions:
By accepting the terms and conditions of this auction you acknowledge you are entering into a legal and binding contract. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions and you acknowledge receipt of all explanations and information made available by Superior Marketing LLC.
Buyer's Premium:
There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the winning bid.
Payment Terms:
All auction invoices will be charged to the buyer's credit/debit card used during registration. This is our standard payment option.
Payments will be processed immediately after the last lot closes and the auction is completed.
Any other arrangements must be made PRIOR to bidding. Leave a note during registration to let our staff know you plan on using an alternate payment method.
If the card information on file is declined, Superior Marketing LLC reserves the right to cancel the invoice and block that bidder from future auctions.
If payment is declined after the auction, Superior Marketing, LLC will try again the next day. We reserve the right to run a charge for a 10% deposit towards your invoice total.
Payment Options:
Credit/debit cards will be used with NO EXTRA FEES associated with them.
All invoices that exceed $4999.99 will be required to send a Wire Transfer .
Sales Tax
ALL APPROPRIATE STATE SALES TAX LAWS APPLY.
If you have any questions concerning sales tax, please contact the appropriate state government agency for that location or contact our office. The buyer's premium will be taxed.
Online Auction Ending Times:
Superior Marketing LLC auctions are timed events, and all bidding will close at the specified time. All auctions will be live and open for bidding atleast 10 days before the scheduled close. (Please take advantage of the max bid feature!)
Soft Close: Any last-minute bids will extend the time on that lot by 2 minutes. Each individual lot is subject to a "soft close" and could remain active later than the scheduled ending time.
All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc., will be allowed. Property is available for inspection via photographs and descriptions. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.
Superior Marketing LLC reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary.
Pickup Information:
All purchases will be shipped unless specified.
Items are available for pickup by appointment only.
Shipping Information:
All items will be shipped via the USPS. All auction purchases will be shipped to the shipping address provided in registration. To prevent fraud, Superior Marketing LLC cannot and will not change the shipping address. If the address provided is wrong, bidders must re-register with the correct information PRIOR to bidding.
All shipping charges will be charged to the buyer, with the exception of insurance. All packages sent by Superior Marketing LLC are fully insured. Insurance will not cover packaged marked "delivered" by USPS, it is the bidders responsibility to secure their delivery location.
We combine shipping within a single auction day only.
Invoices totaling $300 and less will be a $7.00 handling charge. Invoices over $300 will be a $10.00 handling charge. Shipping is only available for shipping addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
Website and Other Technical Problems:
In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Superior Marketing LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. You acknowledge that the internet may be an unreliable and error-prone network. Superior Marketing LLC will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Superior Marketing LLC and its employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding.
Any dispute between Superior Marketing LLC, its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Brown County, South Dakota. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Agency:
Superior Marketing LLC's agents and representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Superior Marketing LLC and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Auctions are with undisclosed reserves unless advertised otherwise as "Absolute." Auctioneers, at their discretion, may place a reserve bid on behalf of the seller. All final bids are subject to the seller's confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted as to the status of his/her bid. While the information we provide on item(s) is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any items being sold, and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless Superior Marketing LLC and our Employees for any errors or omissions regarding the item(s) being sold.
Auction company employees, consignors and/or Superior Marketing LLC may bid on and purchase auction items. Consignors reserve the right to use a reserve, in which case the reserves will be set via bids.
Superior Marketing LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this agreement. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) loss of bidding privileges for Superior Marketing LLC. When using our online auction services you are making a firm commitment to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason.
Non-paying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations.
