Description |
This is a multi consignor auction. Up for auction will be bur not limited to the following: PEZ's, NASCAR items, vintage Walt Disney VHS, hummel items and much more.
This auction will run from 09-21-2024 to 10-05-2024. The first lot will end on 10-05-2024 at 5 pm. Auction pick up will be the Tuesday thru Thursday after the auction ends. Pick up times will be 9 am to 1 pm each day.
You are welcome to view any of the items up for auction on Tuesdays thur Thursdays. Pick up will be the Tuesday thur Thursday after the auction ends. Pick up times will be 9 am to 1 pm. This will be the only times for pick up. If items are not picked up during these days/times then you will forfeit your items and no refunds will be given. You will need to email us at somewhereintimeauctionhouse@gmail.com if you need your items shipped. No item/items will be shipped without a confirmation email that states your shipping request.

PLEASE READ FULL AUCTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING
CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
It is the bidder's responsibility to read and understand all of the terms and conditions of the auction before bidding. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legal and binding contract. By placing a bid, you are promising to pay for your purchases in a timely manner according to the terms of this agreement. Non-paying bidders will be added to the No Bid list and will not be able to bid on anything else with Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees. A minimum of $1000 will be applied. We turn all non-payment bidders over to our collection agency and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you can't or do not intend to pay for the items you win. If there is a charge back on items you bid on, you will be charged $1000 plus court cost.
TERMS OF THE SALE
All sales of items are sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. No guarantees expressed or implied are given on any item. The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. It is the bidders responsible to determine the condition, value, genuineness of the item they are bidding on. You as the bidder are the judge of the items value.
Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House and its employees are not responsible for any errors that can occur in the description of the items that are up for sale. All items are sold as is and no refunds will be given if they are bought.
Please ask by email all questions about an item that you are interested in but not sure of something. Do not wait until you have bid on the item to ask the question, it is too late then. All bidders who want to make certain that their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their max bid well before the final hammer drops on the items that they are bidding on.
PAYMENTS
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Cashier's Check, debit cards and cash.
We will be emailing an invoice within 3 days of the auction ending. The email will list your purchases and any shipping and handling charges. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of the bidder receiving their invoice. Payments must be received and cleared before any items are shipped or picked up.
SHIPPING
We can ship worldwide. Packaging, shipping and insurance on all items will be available to all won bids.
Most items will be packaged by us. Some items that are unusually shaped or require special packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 5 to 7 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, all items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed. We ship through USPS or FedEx. For shipping questions please contact Stephanie Viverette at 252-458-4579 or by email thesomewhereintimeantiques@yahoo.com. We are not responsible for the damaged items due to shipping. If any item is damaged during shipping, please contact the post office or FedEx to file a claim. To file a claim, you will need the shipping/mailing label.
For any address changes or special shipping instructions please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for shipping items to the incorrect address.
The buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. Please keep in mind that the size, weight, degree of fragility, and insurance all factor into the cost of shipping.
Shipping cost will be the cost of shipping plus handling.
Handling charges are as following:
1. up to 5 lbs. is $10.00 + the cost of shipping
2. 6 lbs. to 20 lbs. is $20.00 + the cost of shipping
3. 21 lbs. to 50 lbs. will be $30.00 + the cost of shipping
4. 51 lbs. and up we will call you with price + the cost of shipping
5. All box lots and Collection lot will be $15.00 + the cost of shipping

LOCAL PICK-UP
We offer local pick-up for those who wish to pick up their won item or items. Local pick up will be at 1553 South Church Street Rocky Mount, NC 27803 unless stated it's at an onsite auction. Please make an appointment to pick up your items by calling 252-458-4579. If items are left after the pickup date of the auction a storage fee of $5 a day will be added to the auction invoice. Storage fees must be paid the day the items are picked up. If items are left for 5 days or more the items become the property of the auction house. These items will be sold at a later date. No refunds will be given on these items.
In the event that the auction is held at an onsite auction there will be an additional pick-up provision. There will be only 1 or 2 days for pick up at these auctions. If you cannot pick up your items, you can contact us to see if we can move your items to our auction house location. There will be a charge to the bidder if we move your items to our auction house location. Charges will be added to your invoice.
NON-PAYMENT/ABANDONED POLICY
All items that are unpaid or unclaimed will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. Unpaid items are items that were won at auction but not paid for. Unclaimed items are items that have been paid for but not picked up after 5 days and items that have been paid but the shipping has never been paid.
COINS
The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is NOT a coin grader. Please use your own judgement to the condition and grade off any items. It is very likely all raw coins have been graded or condition Including cleaned or partly cleaned coins. All coins we sell are sold as is without a guarantee or warranty of any kind. The only grading companies that guarantee their grade are PCGS and NGC. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to do the research on the coins that they want to bid on. All coins are sold on consignment bases.
JEWERLY/SILVER/GOLD
Weights in catalogue description have been estimated through measurement and are to be used as approximate guidelines and not relied on as exact. Jewelry: Unless otherwise stated, all stones have been measured and graded in their settings. Metal weight given for jewelry includes stones unless stated otherwise. Buyers should be reminded that many colored gemstones have historically been treated to enhance their appearance. Lab reports will be referenced in catalogue descriptions. Silver: Weights provided for flatware services do not include knives and other pieces with silverplate or stainless portions.
CLOCKS AND WATCHES
No warrantee that any clock or watch is in working order is given. Virtually all clocks and watches have been repaired in the course of their lifetime and may include parts not original to them. There is no guarantee to work or movement. Unless otherwise stated, weight includes works.
