This is an original painting of a quaint Euro far, and landscape in the manner of perhaps the world's best known artist Vincent Van Gogh! We base this attribution on the same medium, style, complexity, and signature as used by Van Gogh. Medium: watercolor on paper. Condition: Very good overall appearance. Edges are rough. Please be sure and view all pics for condition. Signature: Lower left. Size: 8 x 12.5 in. Mat: 13 x 16 in. Be sure and view the Galerie Mathias stamp. Provenance: From the private estate of a long time art collector. According to the consignor this fine painting has not undergone an expert authentication certification process, hence is being sold as manner of the artist. Vincent Willem van Gogh was a Dutch Post-Impressionist painter who posthumously became one of the most famous and influential figures in Western art history. In a decade, he created about 2,100 artworks, including around 860 oil paintings, most of which date from the last two years of his life. Born: March 30, 1853, Zundert, Netherlands.
