The contents are from a local estate features a local estate and, according to the estate atty list, may include.. (We didn’t see all of these items but, other than the mattress( for photo), did not pull items out of the unit to inspect and inventory. • Queen-sized mattress and headboard • Dresser • Nightstand w/ mirror • Approx 30-inch flat screen tv with a stand • Approx. 55-in flat screen tv with stand • lamps • End table • Coffee table • Dinette set (4 chairs and table) • Pots and pans • barstool chairs • Stereo equipment • Art • Sofa and chair with cushions and decorative pillows • Rugs • Dishes, glass, silverware Closing Sunday, Feb 18 at 2pm. Keys will be delivered on Sunday evening or Monday -Tuesday by appointment, Feb 18-20th by appointment. The winning bidder will have 48 hrs (after receiving access to unit) to empty the unit and leave it broom clean.
