There is an 25% Buyers Premium and a 8% Sales Tax which will be applied to all invoices unless we have an updated Sales Tax Exempt Form on file. All Invoices will be sent out by email within 1 business day of Auction completion. The card on file will be run after 2 Business Days unless you reach out to us with a different form of payment. If you are unable to pay within the time frame provided, you are encouraged to email us and make other payment arrangements. If all options have been exhausted and the invoice remains unpaid, we will be forced to report all unpaid invoices to collections. Bidder agrees not to Charge Back or Deny any charges to their credit card. CHARGEBACKS will be charged a $50 administration fee, sent to collections, as well as prosecuted for theft for items over $500. WE PROVIDE IN-HOUSE SHIPPING ON ALL LOTS UNLESS SPECIFIED. Local Pick-Up is also available at our office in Atlanta. Shipping invoices are sent out once the auction invoice is paid in full. Shipping invoices not paid within 10 days of receipt of invoice will be considered ABANDONED PROPERTY, and Insta-Auction may dispose of the property as Insta-Auction sees fit. We are excited to announce our first high-end Sports Cards, Autographs, & Memorabilia Auction @ Braxton's on June 15th 2024 @ 2pm EST in the afternoon LIVE & ONLINE. We have been selling a lot of high end autographed items and sports cards mixed into our regular auctions but now due to demand and inventory we are excited to bring a wonderful auction focused only on Sports Cards, Autographs, & Memorabilia. This auction will take place LIVE at our hall in Loganville on Saturday June 15th @ 2pm EST. Prebidding online will open June 1st @ 2pm (2 weeks prior to the live sale) Can't make the auction live?
