Welcome to our Spectacular September Tool, Sporting Goods and Collectible Auction. We've put together a spectacular selection of name brand tools such as, Snap-On, MAC, Matco, GearWrench and others! As well as a collectibles like vintage Rock n Roll LP's, Harley Davidison parts, accessories and appearel, Southwest style jewelry and much much more! Credit Cards will be processed the day of the auction for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. Nonpayment will result in legal recourse and you will be banned from future auctions.Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume all responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the day following the close of the Auction during specified times, by appointment. The designated pick up time will be posted under "Dates" on our website. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials and manpower to remove his or her items. For large or heavy items, recommend hiring professional movers. Items that have not been picked up within 48 hours following Auction will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given, and Items can/will be re-sold at a later auction or disposed of, in some cases items will be shipped at the buyers expense. Shipping: Williams Auction and Estate Services can arrange packing and shipping at the buyer's expense. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for paying postage, materials, and handling fee's when applicable. For items that will fit into any USPS flate rate shipping boxes, there will be a $2 handling fee per item. For any item that requires me to go buy a bigger box to ship, there will be a $15 handling fee plus cost of shipping. **Please note in some cases of oversized items, there will be a extra handling fee to cover the cost of the box required to ship. So USPS weight limit is 70lbs. Typically, items will be shipped within 2-5business days from sale. Bidder may be required to verify information on high value shipments. Any purchases over $500 will require a certified check or bank wire to ship. Keep in mind large or breakable items will be more costly to ship. Furniture will be arranged at buyer's discretion, we do not make freight arrangements, or provide movers. We will send items in the most efficient and cost effective way. document the contents of each package. If I have missed an item in your shipment my documentation will show that. Please notify me within 2 business days of receiving the package if you think something is not included. DO NOT discard the original shipping box and packaging if you think something is missing or damaged. ALSO NOTE: Russell Williams/Williams Auction and Estate Services is not responsible for items or packages lost, stolen or damaged after The United States Postal Service has taken possession of item/package. Buyer will be responsible for filing claims and/or inquiries with the post office. Items will have to safely fit in any of the USPS flat rate shipping boxes.Internet Outages: We are not responsible for Internet nor platform outages during an online Auction. If there is a platform outage during the close of an Auction, we reserve the right to no-sell the items affected during outage and offer for resale at a later date. Agency, Indemnity & Jurisdiction: Williams Auction and Estate Services and parties employedby or associated with, will be acting solely as a representative of the Seller. Online Bidding Tips: Bidding Style is Staggered & Soft Close: Each lot will close 15 Seconds after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 7 PM and continue until the final lot has closed. If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time willbe extended by one minute each time. **** If you are bidding at the close of the Auction, please make sure to select "LIVE CATALOG VIEW" to view the auction in real time, otherwise you may need to manually refresh your computer screen. We will start working on items that are to be shipped on Tuesday Oct. 1st. The credit card on file will be charged for the S&H fees. Emails with tracking information will be sent from USPS/Stamps.com. Be sure to check spam/trash folders if it's not found in regular email. Pick up's will be on Sat.
