Demry Auction LLC. reserves the right to deny and or terminate bidding privileges at any time. Buyers: Once invoiced, all items must be paid for day of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Terms: Cash, Check (with proper identification and letter of credit from your bank), & Wire Transfer accepted. Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.00% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. NO BUYERS PREMIUM FOR ON-SITE BUYERS. Buyer’s Premium for ONLINE bidders Only: HiBid: 5% BP on first $20,000 & 2% on the balance. This BP will be added to your final invoice total. No Sales Tax charged at this auction! All items to be removed from the auction site day of auction by 5 PM or by appointment. Seller will accommodate long distance and out of state buyers with an alternative pick-up date.
