Terms and Conditions At Legacy, we thrive to bring you the best products at the price you choose. We are an online auction featuring various categories of items. We are not a retail store that sell only new items, so make sure to check the descriptions and images, before bidding. Some are sealed and some are open boxes, mainly customer returns from popular online retailers, overstock shelf pulls and unclaimed packages! Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. Product Description Brand new: refers to a product or item that does not show signs of use, contained in their original packaging, but external package sealing might be open for inspection and identification purposes. New open box: refers to a product or item that does not show signs of use, contained in their original packaging, and there are some signs of altering the internal packaging. The item is in new condition and might previously tested by anyone. Lightly Used: refers to a product or item that has been previously owned or used but is in excellent condition, with little to no signs of wear or use. It may have been used briefly or infrequently and has been well-maintained. Used: refers to a product or item that has been previously owned or used by someone else. It may show signs of wear or use. "As-is": refers to a product or item that is being sold in its current condition, without any warranties or guarantees from the seller regarding its quality and maybe used or damaged or missing parts. Registration A valid Ontario credit card is required to register. It is important to provide accurate information in relation to your credit card. The address on file must match the billing address on your file for payment to go through. First name and last name required when registering. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. You can verify winning bids by logging into your account after the auction closes and checking each lot. If the lot says "Status", you have won. If it says "Outbid" you have not won. Final Bids All our bids are final and cannot be reversed. Please do your due diligence in making sure that you do want the product before placing a bid. We have the right to add or remove any items on the current running auction. This is usually done to ensure product information accuracy and to avoid any possible mistakes. We usually describe all, and any information related to the product in our description, and sometimes we provide actual pictures of our products unless it is sealed. Please scroll through all photos and read descriptions. Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. Soft close Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. Invoices and clerking Invoices will be created within 24 hours after the auction close. Our invoices will include item quantity and description, detailed breakdown of payment (Total extended price, Buyer Premium, Handling, Tax, and Invoice total). All our invoices will include a 18% buyer premium auction fee, a $1 CAD per item handling fee, and 13% sales tax. If an item is in any part tax exempt, bidders may keep their invoice and claim the exemption on their income tax. Payment Payment is due within 24 hours after auction close. If the card on file is declined, it will be your responsibility to remit payment and clear the outstanding balance, otherwise your items have a high potential of being considered abandoned, and a very high risk of getting blocked from bidding again. Balances over $300, will need to provide payment information by phone, or email after the end of the auction, in order to complete the sale. Shipping and Handling All purchases shipped over $300 will require special conditions, including proof of signature upon delivery, and therefore all administrative shipping fees will apply.
Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.
