The large majority of the items in this auction have been very well card for and maintained. Public Open House for this Auction will be Tuesday September 24th from 2pm until 7pm. This will be the only open house and viewing times offered. Open House location is 5343 Davis Road, Saint Clair, MI 48079. Pick up and payment dates and times are Thursday Sept 26th from 10:00am until 7:00pm and Friday Sept 27th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday Sept 27th if you cannot make it during this time, there are some items in this auction that we can make arrangements to provide more time for pick up but we ask you to call before you bid to ensure we can accommodate your needs. All invoices must be paid during pick up time without exception even if later pick up accommodations are made. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for the weekend following this auction unless prior arrangements are made. *** Note *** There are no shipping options provided by the auction company for this auction due to auction location. For local pick up everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception by Friday Aug 30th at 4:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Pick up location is 5343 Davis Road, Saint Clair, MI 48079. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. We will have a loader tractor available until Friday Sept 27th at 12:00pm Noon to assist with larger items.
