Successful bidder will sign a standard offer to purchase form within 24 of the close of the auction. Offer will be a non contingent offer to purchase. 2.) Earnest money shall be $50,000 and will be collected within 24 hours of the auctions close. If the offer is accepted, the earnest money will be applied to the purchase price.
