We will be auctioning off the entire contents of a 30 acre farm that has had horses and all the equipment that goes along with them! There is a 300+ Palm tree nursery on the property! 2,720 sq ft home on 30 acres of mature oaks, pastures and a palm tree farm. House is rough cut Cyprus board & batten with a metal roof. 12 ft tall wood ceilings, floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Slate tile throughout living room. Downstairs there is a master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a private office and a guest bathroom that opens into a bedroom. Upstairs is an additional master suite with alot of closet space and a private balcony and entrance. Perimeter of property is gaited and would make a wonderful livestock ranch. There is a 48' x 24' barn/workshop with central A/C with a connected room set up as a complete home gym. The property was once used as a nursery for Sylvester Palms. There are approx 300 palms well established with an intricate water irrigation system. The palms are at the size of 2-3 ft of wood. Property will be auctioned live in person on 8/7/2021. Previews can be scheduled the week before the live auction. Although some items that can be seen in the photos will be included in the auction these photos are to show buyers the layout of the house. Interior items may or may not be in the sale.
