STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 2:00 PM Tuesday August 3rd. An item will begin to close at 2:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.
B&B Homes is a thriving business and will continue in operations for years. However, they subcontract setting homes now. Therefore, B&B Construction and Transport will be selling their items along with some personal property of Heather Mumma. 10% buyer fee on all items except the GMC truck lot 1 and the John Deere track loader lot 2. The buyer fee on those 2 items is 1.5%.
