All items not being picked up & being shipped. Contact www.pkgplace.com for all shipping orders.
Once paid pkg place picks up your goods from auction hall and delivers to you. Please indicate if Insurance is required as Gillanders Auctions will not be held responsible for any loss or damages once your goods leave our hands.
We accept Visa / MC. Etransfers Accepted If Received before 12 Noon Following Sale close( Friday At Noon ) , Otherwise C/C are charged automatically. Please send to payment@g-a-s.ca & Incl Inv # when sending.
10% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases..
3% will be added to all Credit Card Transactions (Shown as a convenience fee combined on invoices with buyers premium 13%)
13% Hst will be added to invoice total.
All Items are to be paid for at end of sale once invoiced,c/c on file will be automatically debited within 12 hours following sale close,and paid in full invoices will be emailed shortly following, as there will be no cashier on site day of pickup, Paid in Full invoice # will be required to pick up items.

All items Must be Paid for at End of Sale as invoice will be emailed to all sucessfull bidders following sale, and credit card on file will be automatically charged for items purchased within 12 hours of sale close, as there will be NO Cashier Onsite during pickup.
A Paid in Full Invoice will be required for pickup, Please Bring With you as we are trying to limit the contact of persons and congestion at pick up point.
We allow someone else to pickup on your behalf with a paid in full invoice #, we encourage p/u v/s shipping & do
This will be curbside only pickup, Please bring packaging for all breakables purchased.

Shipping / Pick Up
Please contact www.pkgplace.com for all shipping orders, once order is placed online with Pkg place, forward them your invoice # & they will collect your goods from sale barn & deliver directly to you.
Please indicate when placing order if Insurance is desired, as Gillanders Auctions will not be held responsible for any loss or damages once your goods leave our hands.
YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH www.pkgplace.com PRIOR TO PICKUP DAY once Item Is Won & PRIOR TO PICKUP DAY all requests received after pickup day will not be shipped and you will have one last chance to pickup only within 10 days of sale close for a 25.00 fee.. Failure to comply, will leave us with no choice, but to consider your goods abandoned and all monies will be forfeited and sold for storage, handling and aggravation.
All Breakables are sent at your own risk as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur while in transit as it is out of our control, please advise if any special packaging or crating is prefered, or any protective insurance is required upon placing your order with www.pkgplace.com

Pickup day is Sat following auction, in Pickering OntOnt, for all items NO EXCEPTIONS as we do not hold goods after p/u day 9 - 3pm In Pickering Ont, Address to be announced on invoice of all sucessful bidders emailed directly following sale close. No Exceptions.
We allow you to have someone else pickup on your behalf, with a paid invoice #,
* *Note ** - It is your responsibility to inspect & be certain you have gathered all your winnings upon pick up & before leaving sale site, We will not entertain missing items or complaints thereafter whatsoever. Please be certain you have appropriate room in your vehicle fro all goods purchased as we will not be held rsponsible for any goods left behind.
