Please contact www.pkgplace.com for all shipping orders, once order is placed online with Pkg place, forward them your invoice # & they will collect your goods from sale barn & deliver directly to you.
Please indicate when placing order if Insurance is desired, as Gillanders Auctions will not be held responsible for any loss or damages once your goods leave our hands.
YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH www.pkgplace.com PRIOR TO PICKUP DAY once Item Is Won & PRIOR TO PICKUP DAY all requests received after pickup day will not be shipped and you will have one last chance to pickup only within 10 days of sale close for a 25.00 fee.. Failure to comply, will leave us with no choice, but to consider your goods abandoned and all monies will be forfeited and sold for storage, handling and aggravation.
All Breakables are sent at your own risk as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur while in transit as it is out of our control, please advise if any special packaging or crating is prefered, or any protective insurance is required upon placing your order with www.pkgplace.com

Pickup day is Sun following auction, in Richmond Hill Ont, for all items NO EXCEPTIONS as we do not hold goods after p/u day 9 - 3pm In Richmond Hill Ont, Address to be announced on invoice of all sucessful bidders emailed directly following sale close. No Exceptions.
We allow you to have someone else pickup on your behalf, with a paid invoice #,
* *Note ** - It is your responsibility to inspect & be certain you have gathered all your winnings upon pick up & before leaving sale site, We will not entertain missing items or complaints thereafter whatsoever. Please be certain you have appropriate room in your vehicle fro all goods purchased as we will not be held rsponsible for any goods left behind.
Failure to abide by these rules will forfeit all monies paid, and if you are unable to cooperate, please refrain from bidding on such items.
Paid in full receipt will be required for all items being picked up as no cashier onsite / contactless payments.
Buyer will be responsible for loading and transport for all goods obtained at sale pleae bring adequate help & packaging for all breakables.
