If a bid is placed during the last minute, that lot will be extended 1 minute.) WHERE & WHEN DO I PICK-UP MY ITEMS: Removal Day is Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 8560 Pioneer Rd, Morris, IL 60450. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by cash, check or wire transfer. 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on invoices paid by credit card. HOW DO I PAY: Invoices are emailed within an hour after the auction closes and you may PAY at pick-up by cash, check, or credit card. Wire Transfer may be required for large invoices. Check Junk Folder after auction if you did not receive invoice. We do NOT automatically charge credit cards. WHAT DO I NEED AT PICK-UP: Winning bidders will need to bring their own labor to move heavier lots. All items are located on the ground floor. Lucky Auctions will not (cannot) move heavy items and will not provide moving labor. No exceptions. There is a moving dolly onsite, if needed. REMOVAL: This is a ONE-DAY pick-up schedule.
