This sale has a ton of good items up for auction including pool toys/floaties, tools, collectables, vintage items, and two (2) tempur pedic beds complete with headboards and sheet sets. Terms: All items sold as is where is without gaurantee, and all sales are final. All items are in used condition and may have minor surface blemishes or defects. Bidder inspection of items is encouraged. Items may be previewed in person during the course of the auction in mountain view, AR by appointment. All efforts have been made to accurately represent the items in this sale but are not waranteed. By placing your bid you affirm that you have reviewed the items carefully to your satisfaction, or have chosen not to review the items personally, and intend to purchase the item in its as-is condition. A winning bid is an agreement to purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any and all bids at his discretion. Shipping is available on some items. The auctioneer does not warranty any shipping or claim responsibility for items while they are in the care of the shipper. Buyer agrees that issues with shipping are out of the control of the auctioneer, and that all disputes regarding shipping will be between the buyer and the shipper.
