BIDDER TERMS - VERY IMPORTANT - READ Before you bid
Payment must be made in full, in person, at the HOME, on the designated PICK UP DATE AND TIME. Failure to claim a won auction may result in the deactivation of your account
Our online auctions have a soft close. The final bidder willing to bid the most will win the auction.
Bidders pay a 15% bidder fee AND 5% GST on their purchase. Please ensure your credit card company allows ecommerce transactions from our site.
BIDDERS UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE BUYING THE ITEMS AS IS, WHERE IS.
If your items are large, bring boxes, furniture blankets and LABOUR to load as there will be NO labour assistance.
Payment and Terms
BIDDER must be 18 years of age to bid. The amount due must be received in full, in person, at the HOME at the designated PICK UP DATE and TIME. If the auction lot(s) are not claimed within the set Pick up Time, the BIDDER will forfeit their bid and the next highest bidder may be selected. Payment in full will only be made in person at the HOME.
Payments are to be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash or e-transfer to info@movecoordinators.ca
All sales, plus tax are FINAL and no refunds are allowed.
Title to the purchased goods does not pass to BIDDER until payment in full has been tendered by the BIDDER at the location of sale.
Smoking is prohibited at the Property, please respect the Property, Move Coordinator staff and the owners at all times or you will be asked to leave.
If you win an auction, make certain you know which Lot you won. This number/description will be in the invoice sent to you.
When the auction closes, you will be notified by email if you won the auction in subject.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be advised by EMAIL of complete address and pickup times within 48 hours after the CLOSE of the sale
Hours of Operation
Each AUCTION has set Hours for Pick up. Please review email communications closely.
FAILURE TO CLAIM A WON LOT may RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM future sales.
Move Coordinators Inc and/OR the Owners reserve the right to end an auction at any time during the bidding period.
By placing a bid, the BIDDER is entering into a legally-binding contract. If the winning BIDDER does not honor the bid and does not pay for the purchased contents, fees will apply, up to value of the bid placed.
BIDDER acknowledges that he or she is bidding on all items within the LOT and all items must be removed.
It is the BIDDER`s responsibility to immediately return all personal property, papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, etc. to Move Coordinators for return to owners. If the BIDDER finds any illegal material, firearms, or any item that is considered illegal, then it is the BIDDER's responsibility to declare and notify the local police authority of items bought.
This Agreement pertains to this and all future sales this BIDDER attends with any Move Coordinators sale listed at hibid.com. Move Coordinators Inc reserves the right to refuse bids to any BIDDER at future auctions due to failure to follow these rules or any other unacceptable behavior during the auction process.
