Detailed Terms & Conditions:
1 - About Amaze Deal Corp Inc: Welcome to Amaze Deal Corp Inc! Our primary goal is to provide you with access to high-quality products at the prices you desire. We operate as an online auction platform, offering a wide range of items, including electronics, household goods, health & beauty products, home and kitchen appliances, tools, and more. Our inventory consists of both sealed and open-box items, primarily sourced from customer returns, overstock shelf pulls, and unclaimed packages from reputable online retailers. Our dedicated team meticulously inspects each item to ensure it's in proper working condition and accurately described. Before placing bids, please carefully review item descriptions, as any discrepancies are transparently highlighted. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing all inquiries and concerns.
2 - Registration Process: Ensuring accuracy when providing credit card information is crucial. The billing address on your card must match our records for seamless payment processing. During registration, your Hibid reputation score influences your eligibility to bid. If your score is below 0 or if you have negative notes from other auctioneers, a refundable deposit of $100 CAD is required. This deposit is refunded if you don't win or applied to your invoice if you do. While registering, you can indicate your preferred payment method (cash/E-transfer). It's important to note that requesting shipping during registration doesn't automatically initiate shipping (refer to Section 7).
3 - Bidding Guidelines: Once bids are placed, they are final and cannot be reversed. Please exercise careful consideration before bidding on items. Failure to adhere to this principle will result in the application of Section 8. During auctions, you can inquire about products using the "Contact Auctioneer" button. While we strive to address all inquiries, responses may be delayed on weekends due to our closure on Saturdays and Sundays. However, queries will be promptly addressed on weekdays.
3.1 Reserve Fee : In essence, the reserve fee acts as a safeguard for the seller, ensuring that they don't end up selling the item for less than it's worth to them. It helps to ensure that the seller can cover at least the cost of the product, allowing them to sustain their business. If bids do not meet or exceed this reserve fee during the auction process, the item typically remains unsold at that time.
4 - Invoices & Clerking: Within 24 hours of auction closure, we generate invoices for your convenience. These invoices provide detailed information such as item quantity, description, and a comprehensive breakdown of the payment structure, including Total Extended Price, Buyer Premium (15% auction fee), Tax (13%), and Invoice Total.
5 - Payment Requirements: Payment for won items is expected to be settled within 24 hours of auction closure. If a card is declined, it's your responsibility to rectify the issue and clear the outstanding balance. Failure to do so may lead to categorizing your items as abandoned, potentially resulting in restrictions on future bidding with Amaze Deals Auction. We accept payment via E-transfer, which can be sent to amazedeals123@gmail.com. Please include your invoice number in the transfer description for easy identification. If you intend to make a cash payment during pick-up, please indicate your preference during the registration process.
6 - Pick-up & Holding Process: Our pick-up times are conveniently set from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11 AM and 5 PM. If these times are not suitable for you, please consider arranging shipping or an alternative pick-up option. For those unable to personally collect items, authorization for third-party pick-up can be granted via an email to amazedeals123@gmail.com. Items will be released only to individuals whose names match those on the invoice, or authorized representatives. Feel free to visit us without scheduling an appointment on any weekday from Tuesday to Saturday, between 11 AM and 5 PM. We can hold items for one week due to space constraints. If items remain uncollected beyond one week, automatic shipment will be initiated for all available products to your provided home address. Your registered credit card will be charged for shipping and late pick-up fees. If an item cannot be located during pick-up, we will contact you for updates. If the item remains undiscovered, we will offer either a credit or refund.
Please note that after one week following the auction, we cannot hold onto your items. If any products are not picked up within this timeframe, they will either be shipped to your home address or considered abandoned and will become the property of Amaze Deal Corp. These items will then be included in our next auction for resale.
7 - Shipping Details: Exciting news! We offer shipping services with fees starting from $20+Tax, which are determined based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Our priority is to secure the most economical shipping rates possible for both Canada-wide and USA-wide deliveries. To avail of shipping, a request must be made within one week following the auction close. For the most efficient processing, we recommend submitting shipping requests on Mondays. Our shipping batches are typically dispatched on Wednesdays to Fridays.
8 - Returns, Refunds & Credits: We extend a One week guarantee to ensure the accuracy of items received. This guarantee is valid only if the received item does not match the description provided. To initiate a return/refund process, please send us an email within the stipulated timeframe, accompanied by photos/videos detailing the issues. Once validated, we will provide a resolution that meets your satisfaction. Returning an approved item can be done at your convenience, without any rush. Refunds are typically processed via Email Transfer on Fridays. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 25% and a $10 handling fee.
