This is a TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION for online and absentee bidding with the auction closing from 6pm AEST Saturday 18th May 2024. Each lot will close 30 seconds apart unless there's further bidding which will extend by another 60 seconds. 2. All items are located at the National Holden Motor Museum 7-11 Warren Street, Echuca, Vic 3564 ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED until 6.00pm AEST Friday 17th May 2024 on the prescribed Absentee Bidding form only. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID OR PURCHASE AT THIS AUCTION. Furthermore, the Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients, namely absentee bidders. 6. All items remain the property of the vendor until payment has been received in full and to the satisfaction of Burns & Co Auctions. 7. Whilst every care is taken, the Auctioneer / Agent does not accept responsibility for items described incorrectly either in the catalogue or at the auction. Intending purchasers are encouraged to take advantage of the time given to view the catalogue prior to the auction concluding. CAVEAT EMPTOR (buyer beware) applies to each lot in this Auction. 13. Should two online bidders be locked on the same bid the lot will go to the online bidder who registered their bid first. Should a phone, absentee or online bidder be locked on the same bid the bid will favour the online bidder. 14. All invoices are to be settled within 48 hours of the Auctions completion.
