Any items left after 48 hours are released back to facility and cleaning deposit is lost. Winning bidders will be notified via e-mail after card is charged if winning bid after the live auction is conducted. Personal items must be left at the site.(photos, tax records, military awards, birth certificates, ect) Cleaning deposit (cash) is required at location and is refunded after unit is cleaned out..
