Size 0 pocket watch with monogrammed 14k gold hunter case on a 27" gold filled watch chain. The case is engraved inside on the dust cover 1868-1893. It was probably a 25th wedding anniversary or 25th birthday gift. The serial number 3,174,077 dates the watch to 1888. The back cover has a slight warp and clicks but does not latch securely. Provenance with the watch says that it was owned by Mrs. Homer Jewett of Okoboje, Iowa. The weight of the watch (including the works but without the watch chain) is 38.8 grams. The 1/20 12K gold filled watch chain weighs 15.1 grams.

Unframed limited edition print #453/1300 of a kitten, entitled "Pins and Needles" by Casper, Wyoming artist Vivi Crandall. The print was issued after the artist's death, and is signed by her husband as "Mr. C". 8" x 6" image size on a 10 1/2" x 8 1/2" sheet.

Fred Harvey Era, circa 1940s. From the famous Maisel's Trading Post, founded in 1939 near Albuquerque, New Mexico. The bracelet measures 5 1/4" in circumference plus a 1" gap and has five stones.

LUND was one of four companies selected to produce snowshoes for the military during WW2. Their factory in Hasting, MN burned to the ground in 1945. These snowshoes were produced in 1942 for the US military. They are stamped US 1942 and the serial number. The serial numbers are different on the two snowshoes, which is common because the military did not keep pairs together. They kept all the single snowshoes in a pile and selected them at random for the soldiers to use.

Circa 1930s/40s. 16" tall with 8" diameter octagonal cast metal base. CONDITION: Mechanism works. The key is with it but the original lock for the top cap is not. The label on the glass is worn. One interior wing nut is not original. There are chips on the inside of the upper and lower rims of the glass jar, which are covered when it is assembled (see close-up photos with thumbnail for size comparison; first photo is the bottom rim, the other three are the top rim).

All dates are readable.

The cane is engraved "Presented to C. H. Hall (Calvin Hight Hall) on his 50th Birthday Jan 4th '87". It has bone inlay on the end of the handle and bone beads inlaid on each of the burls along the shaft. The cane is accompanied by a copy of a 19th century photograph of Mr. Hall and his wife.

PAIR of 7 1/2" candlesticks.

An extraordinary example of Stig Gusterman's work. It is a heavy piece, weighing 85.2 grams. The 1950s/60s mid-century 2 1/2" long pendant and 24" chain are both handmade by the artist. Stig & Astrid Gusterman came to the United States from Sweden in 1949. Stig Gusterman had already received his master silversmith's mark (SGn) from the King of Sweden. They settled and worked in Georgetown, Colorado in the 1950s and later opened a shop in Denver in 1966. Their daughters, Britt and Kerstin, continue the family business, which they moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Working with attachments. Patented March 11, 1890. 33" long, 17 1/2" deep and 31" tall.

Includes a mirror, comb and brush, a sterling handled manicure set, two small cosmetic bottles with sterling silver tops, sterling handled scissors, sterling silver clothes brush with and a silverplated pill case.

Signature "Rudy" is guaranteed to be authentic.

The belt buckle is hand cast and signed. It measures 3" x 2" and weighs 95 grams.

Seascape etchings by famous American actor Lionel Barrymore (1878-1954), printed on copper foil in the 1960s. Like new in original portfolio envelope, each 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" on 8" x 10" mounts.

Art Nouveau print entitled "Isabella and the Pot of Basil" by John White Alexander (1856-1915). It shows a scene from the poem of the same name by John Keats. Published by the Campbell Art Company (1871-1930s). 20" x 12" in its original 21 1/2" x 13 1/2" period frame.

Marked THC 14K. Total weight including stones is 6.59 grams.

The coat is 52" long and has an 18" arm inseam. Shown on a size 10/12 model and fits perfectly. The coat was found in the antique steamer trunk in Lot 339 of this auction. The lot also includes five pairs of unworn vintage nylon stockings, two of which are seamed and boxed.

The spittoon came from The Grand Central Hotel, a three story hotel built in 1894 on the corner of 2nd and Center Streets in Casper, Wyoming. The hotel was a well known "house of ill repute". Oh, the stories it could tell! The hotel was demolished in 1955 and replaced by The Petroleum Building that stands there today.

The desk measures 36" wide, 26" deep and 45" tall. The opening for the knees is 18 1/2" wide and 25 1/2" at the side. It was sold by Kerridges Upholsterers and Furnishers of Hailsham, England. The company was known as the finest store of its kind in Southern England.

The program was a summer replacement for the Fitch Bandwagon radio show on NBC. 3) Studio promotional photo of Dick Powell and Jack Bailey by photographer Gene Lester of Hollywood (1910-1994).

This pair of cased spatter confetti art glass vases date to the very early 1900s. They measure 8 1/2" tall and are in excellent condition

The hand carved 13" x 10" bald eagle plaque is framed in a 14 1/2" x 11 1/2" rustic barnwood frame. I believe it to be the work of well known Billings, Montana artist and sculptor Joseph Yakawich (1924-2013).

The curly hickory mallet was used by a carpenter in the 1800s, who passed away in 1909. The face of the mallet has worn from years and years of use. It is 14" long.

In excellent condition, including a letter obtained by the consignor in 2001 from Van Briggle Pottery stating that the piece was wheel thrown and is the work of Clem Hull, who worked at the pottery in the 1950s and 1960s. 8 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" deep. The frog is 4 1/4" in diameter.

The height adjustment mechanism works well. One shade basin has a small chip on the edge. The lamp is 22" wide across the shade basins. It is 18 1/2" from the bottom of the font to the hanging ring at the top.

Harry Donald "Bud" Dolcater (1908-1990) worked as a cowboy on the famous JA Ranch in Texas. He later moved to Amarillo, Texas and established the Dolcater Saddle Shop in 1936. This fancy tooled saddle was custom made in the late 1930s or mid 1940s for Virginia Alexander. The saddle was professionally restored by Ron's Saddlery of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It was consigned by Virginia Alexander's daughter.

Size 6 3/4 statement ring. Total weight of the ring is 16.7 grams. It is marked .585 for 14K gold.

Autograph by outlaw Kid Curry (Harvey Logan), who rode with Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid. The autograph is framed in an old frame with a newspaper clipping of a Pinkerton's advertisement of a $1000 reward for his capture. He was known as the wildest of the wild bunch. In 1901, he returned to Montana. He was caught in 1904, and shot himself to avoid capture. The autograph has not been professionally authenticated. Please view the photos and make up your own mind about it. The lot also includes a copy of a photo of the wild bunch and an enlarged copy of the piece.

A rare Mission style #898 Globe Wernicke three stack barrister's bookcase with leaded glass doors in excellent condition. Southwestern Native American, probably originating in the Santo Domingo Pueblo. The fittings are gold colored.

This chalk blackboard was removed years ago from the Grant Street Grocery in Casper, Wyoming when it was remodeled. The blackboard measures 63 1/4" x 45 1/2" x 2 1/4" deep.

The brooch dates to the 1940s and weighs 36.89 grams including the amethyst stones. It is marked Mexico Sterling. It does not have the mark of Taxco, Mexico silver jewelry artist Hector Aguilar, but is very similar to signed examples of his work done for Coro in the post WW2 years.

In the style of R. Atkinson Fox. 14" x 22" in a 15 1/2" x 23 1/2" frame. Published by Borin Mfg. Co., Chicago, Illinois.

Made by The Metal Stamping Company of Jackson, Michigan. 47" tall and 25" in diameter. The chamber at the top is filled with ice and has a drain to carry away melt water. There are three revolving shelves in the bottom chamber to hold food items to be refrigerated. This would made a GREAT liquor cabinet or drink chiller for an outdoor party.

Laced shade is celluloid with Western scenes of cowboys and horses.

After the warm up by Kansas, Eddie Money and Peter Tosh, the Stones took the stage at 5:30pm in 100 degree heat. Mick Jagger wore a yellow quilted jacket and football trousers. The stage was painted to resemble a giant red lipped open mouth. 3) Two printouts (not original photos) of the concert showing the stage and Mick Jagger.

The buckle weighs 50 grams and measures 3" x 2". It is marked on the back RP for Navajo jewelry artist Robert Platero.

Early 20th century rotary telephone, made by Kjobenhavns (Copenhagen) Telefon Aktie-Selskab (KTAS). The phone has been converted to take a modern cord and jack. It also has its original brass dialer.

The ring is size 5 1/2. The earrings are pierced. All are marked 10K.

The lamp has a watermelon opalescent shade.

The earrings weigh 2.6 grams.

Also includes two boxes of 78rpm records. The victrola plays, but there is a piece of tape applied to the reproducer; it appears that there is a crack in the metal. 33 3/4" wide, 21" deep and 33 3/4" tall.

5 1/2" French opalescent pitcher with cottage rose decoration.

A RARE large salad serving bowl, 12 7/8" in diameter and 5 1/2" tall, by Wallace China in the Rodeo pattern. Excellent condition. This piece is part of a large set of Wallace Rodeo China consigned to this auction by the descendants of the owners of the historic Johnson Brothers Pioneer Store in Interior, South Dakota. Most pieces in the set have never been used. It is all guaranteed to be original 1950s Wallace China made in California.

Very fine turquoise and silver wire inlay.

Includes a 1600 gram scale and a partial set of Sto-A-Weigh weights from a different scale, probably for weighing precious metals.

Total weight of the necklace is 2.88 grams. The 14k gold rope chain is 18" long.

Late 20th century amber glass.

The bracelet weighs 2.6 ounces. It measures 6 1/4" in circumference plus a 1 1/4" gap. It is 1/2" wide and has a single turquoise stone.

Coated and bonded by the artist, so that glass is not necessary. 5" x 7" in a 10 1/2" x 10 12" frame.

Post 1950 strung and knotted single strand collar uniform pearl necklace containing 72 pearls measuring 5 to 5.5 cm. Total weight of the necklace is 20.90 grams. The yellow gold fishhook clasp is stamped 18K and with the Mikimoto hallmark.

By Montana artist Jessica Zemsky (1923-). The painting is entitled "Gondolas at Rest" and measures 8 1/2" x 11" in a 17 3/4" x 20 1/4" frame.

THREE 5 7/8" coupe cereal bowls by Wallace China in the Rodeo pattern. These pieces are in good condition without chips or cracks, but do show utensil marks and scuffs from use. The 4 1/4" master salt spoon has British hallmarks, is in the Kings pattern and weighs 21.6 grams. The glass vanity box has a sterling silver top which weighs 14.9 grams.

Signature is difficult to make out, but may be Sandler (see closeup photos). 19 1/2" x 9 1/2" in a 22 3/4" x 12 3/4" period frame.

The server matches the china cabinet in Lot 235 of this auction. Made by the Henry G. Steul & Sons, Inc. of Buffalo, New York. The server measures 46" wide, 20" deep and 35" tall.

Total weight is 14.69 grams.

The set is not monogrammed. The weight of the solid sterling pieces is 825 grams. The weight of the knives with stainless blades is 500 grams. The set comes with an Oriental design 16" x 11" storage box and includes: 8 forks 8 knives 16 teaspoons Gravy ladle Also included are a sterling silver serving fork, tablespoon, jelly slice and sugar shovel in other patterns, weighing 150 grams.

High Grade.

The rug has color bleed from having gotten wet at some time in the past. It also has a 1 1/2" hole, a couple smaller holes and fraying along the edges. The corner ties are gone. (see pictures) The pictures show both sides of the rug.

Small early to mid 20th century etching entitled "Cottonwoods" by Estes Park, Colorado artist Richardson (Dick) Rome (born 1902). The etching measures 4" x 2 1/2" in an 11" x 8" frame.

All with the 6th green mark, 1965-1980.

19th century Redwing Minnesota Stoneware Company salt glazed crock with the raised MSCo mark on the bottom. 9 3/4" tall. Has a couple small chips on the rim and base (see photos).

The clock is in excellent cosmetic condition, but is not running. It runs for a few seconds, then stops. There is a receipt inside that shows that the clock was cleaned, oiled and adjusted in 2012, with new weight lines and polish of the pivots. 48" long, 21" wide ad 6 1/2" deep.

Twelve 17" x 17" paper napkins with Till Goodan signature that were made to go with the Wallace Rodeo pattern china. They have never been used or unfolded. More napkins can be found in Lots 335a, 395a and 410a of this auction. Lithographed tin set, including an 1121 locomotive and tender, Hyde Park train depot, and four 1122 passenger cars. The lot also includes three Marx train cars.

This print is not signed or numbered. 9 1/2" x 17" in an 18 3/4" x 26 3/4" frame.

Crock is by Robinson Ransbottom of Roseville, Ohio.

The larger print is entitled "The Oaks" (Santa Paula Valley, California) and measures 9" x 14" in an 11 1/4" x 16 1/4" period Arts & Crafts frame. The smaller print is 6" x 4" in a 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" period Arts and Crafts frame.

Two pieces, both 9" wide, measuring 112" and 104", from an old Casper home. Lots of possibilities for repurposing, including cutting the pieces into smaller sections iff needed.

The crystal and pewter sculture is 5" tall and is in its original presentation box.
