Terms and Conditions – By registering for this auction you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Payments: Immediately after the closing of the auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer’s premium, a 3% credit card processing fee and Utah state sales tax for Utah State Buyers. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your settlement. Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay cash, please notify us in advance so we do not attempt to charge your card. We do not keep change on hand, therefore please bring exact change to pickup. You can contact us to arrange for cash payment. If you elect to pay cash and do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your card on file will be charged for won lots and shipping on the last day of the scheduled pickups, Wednesday October 18th at 6:00 PM. For any cards that fail to process, the bidder will have 3 days to arrange payment for lots won. Failure to make payment will result in loss of items. Shipping: Most items that are purchased from this auction will be shipped to you unless prior arrangements for pickup have been made. Some items will not be available for shipping, which will be noted on the lot. Upon completion of the auction, your card on file will be charged for your items. You will receive a receipt of this charge via email. We will calculate and charge your card on file for shipping costs within 48 hours of auction close. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping receipt to be sent to you. Items will be packaged securely and shipped within 72 hours of auction close. We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We will use the most economical shipping method possible that includes tracking to ship your items. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or items damaged in transit. If you would like insurance for your items, please contact us to arrange insurance for shipping. Pickups: Default delivery method for all winning lots is in-house shipping. Pickups will be allowed by appointment only on Saturday October 14th from 4-6PM. Monday October 16th- Wednesday October 18th from 12:00PM to 6:00PM. All pickups must be arranged prior to auction close. Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. All items that are not picked up by Wednesday October 18th at 6:00 PM will generate a shipping invoice. This will be charged to your card on file and your items will be shipped to you. Item Conditions: All items are sold as is with no warranties. All items are guaranteed as pictured, what you see is exactly what you will get. Returns and Refunds: We have made all attempts to represent items accurately. Please view all pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding.
