Welcome to our online auction.
First time buyers: All lots will be auctioned out till all lots have been sold. There is a 20 second staggering between each lot. There is also an extension on each lot if bid was made within the last seconds and it will continue to add on minutes if bid was made within the last seconds till all buyers are done bidding.
Make sure to ask any questions prior to bidding on our site. We are available to answer any questions either by email, text or phone. If unable to pick up items on the specified times and days given please do not bid and let someone else have the opportunity to get the item. If items are not picked up by the given dates all items are considered abandoned goods . Buyer agrees to forfeit items not picked up within the 2 days given unless buyer makes arrangements during the 2 days given. If we do not hear from the buyer during the 2 days we will assume the items will be considered abandoned goods. Arrangements will only be made within the 2 day time frame and it’s solely the buyer responsibility to contact us on any arrangements that need to be made, NO EXCEPTIONS!
There is a 12% BP added to all invoices and the applicable tax of 6.75% will also be charged to everyone to card on file. We will send invoices on next flowing morning after auction has ended to the email registered on file. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you do not receive an email after auction has ended please send us an email so you wont miss pick up dates and any other information regarding pick up location. It is the buyer responsibility to contact us for any invoice not received immediately.
Once auction has ended you should receive an email with your invoice attached, check your spam folder in case you didn't receive it or either give us a call immediately.
Most of all the items on our auction are pre-owned items and may show wear or use, unless otherwise specified/stated in description. Make sure you read all descriptions and verify pictures for known defects or items condition as we are not responsible for any unknown condition. Bidder must inspect items or originality and make sure bidder verifies items authenticity as we are not professional authenticators. If items description is listed as“ Open Box” it means it has been used before or returned and we do not know if item is in working condition and will not be responsible for non-working items. We will test any item and mark it under the description tab otherwise it will be marked as “untested”.
There are 2 steps to enter the building so be aware of that. We are not responsible for any accidents on the property. Bring any supplies to carry your items as we do not have any boxes, bags, or paper to give away. There is no one on site to help load your items.
If buyer is tax exempt please submit to our email or either we can give you a form once you arrive to set it up otherwise everyone pays taxes on all items won.
