WE will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. WE reserve the right to withdraw, remove or re-catalog items at any time. WE reserve the right to deny any person the right to bid online at the auction and may revoke the privilege at any point during the auction sale. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited. The auctioneer shall have the right to take possession of those items forfeited or abandoned and resale or otherwise dispose of those items.
