These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines that govern your participation in the online auction hosted by South Dakota Land & Auctions By registering for and participating in the auction, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. Registration: All bidders must complete the registration process to participate in the auction. Registration requires accurate personal information, including name, address, email, and contact number. Auctioneer reserves the right to approve or deny registration at its discretion. Bidding: Bids placed are binding contracts. Once placed, bids cannot be retracted.- By bidding on any lots in this auction u accept them as. Preview for this auction is by appointment only Please call 605-871-9926 to schedule a showing. By bidding it is understood that you are accepting the items as is in current condition. Bidders must review item any descriptions, conditions, and images before placing bids. The highest bid acknowledged by the auction platform at the closing time will be deemed the winning bid. Bid Increments: Auctioneer determines bid increments and may adjust them during the auction at their discretion. Winning and Payment: The highest bidder at the close of an item's bidding period will be deemed the winner. Winning bidders will be invoiced following auction with credit card used at registration. Item Pickup time will be Saturday Sept 23rd. At the South Dakota Land & Auction Shed located 16 Miles North West of Fort Pierre in the Chantier Creek Area. Please call for Directions for best route out. I will email a map of how to get out to property after close of Auction. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Credit Card. If you want to pay cash please call 605-871-9926 to arrange this before the end of auction. All credit cards on file will be ran within 24 hours of end of Auction All payments must be in the currency specified by the auction. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium 6% will be added to the final hammer price of each item. This premium is non-negotiable and is subject to applicable taxes. Shipping and Delivery: Is not offered on this Auction. If you cant pick items up during scheduled time please call and arrange a time that will work. Items not picked up or items that have not had arrangments made for. Will be disposed of. Item Conditions: All items are sold "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. Item descriptions provided are based on available information and believed to be accurate; however, errors or omissions may occur. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Auctioneer's decision will be final. Bidders agree not to hold Auctioneer responsible for any errors or technical glitches that may occur during the auction. Withdrawal of Items: Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time. Legal Compliance: Bidders are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase and ownership of auction items. Modification of Terms: Auctioneer reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. All items are subject to a 4.2% South Dakota Sales Tax.
