TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ALL CARS ARE BEING SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibilty of the bidder to inspect in person to verify all numbers, conditions and mechanical status of each before bidding. We decribe the vehicles to the best of our ability and point out flaws where we see them. Any statements made on condition is our opinion and should NOT be treated as a statement of fact. The auctioneer shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We make no guarantees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarantee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgment by apptointment.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Absentee bids may be placed and accepted for this auction. An absentee bid is made in person, over the phone or email. Absentee bidder will follow all terms and conditions of this auction and will be required to email a copy of the proofs of funds letter by email to patrick@ridgeestateservices.com.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $5,000 then you will pay $5,500 after buyer's premium is added. Buyer premiums are a standard auction fee for the auctioneer.
PAYMENT:We will accept wire transfers, cash or certified checks for the vehicles. ALL items should be paid for within 48 hours of auction end. We will provide wiring instructions at the conclusion of the auction if you choose to pay this way. We will provide wire instructions with the total including winning bid amount + buyer's premium and any other fees associated with the purchase of the vehicle.
TITLES: Title will be mailed to new owner within 5 days of the full payment including winning bid and buyer's premium. IF the winning bidder picks up vehicle in person we can provide title at time of pick up. Please provide name and address at the conclusion of the auction to sign over title.
SHIPPING: WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OF THESE VEHICLES. We can accommodate your shipping company for pick up with at least 24 hours advance notice of pick up day and time. VEHICLES MUST BE picked up or shipped within 5 days of full payment received.
Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any bids that do not meet the requirements of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The auctioneer also reserves the right to remove any lots from auction for any reason. Auctioneer and employees of the auction are allowed to place bids in the auction.
Item decriptions and pictures may be updated during the auction. Detailed pictures and descriptions will be provided by request.
