You must read and agree to the terms and conditions before registering to bid on this auction.
-Register & Bidding :
You must be a registered bidder, to participate in this auction. Once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions we will review your profile and approve
your status as long as you are good standings with other auction houses.
As this is a legal binding contract between you and AuctionAdiks . Once approved you are able to bid on the desired lots. If you’re the highest bidder you win. That easy. Only bid on what you intend to buy. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. At the end of the auction you will be invoiced for the item/s you have won, BP, and shipping costs. You are responsible for all costs. If you feel your HiBid account has been compromised, please contact us immediately, as well as HiBid support to secure your account. Be sure your account information is current and accurate. Your item/s will be ship to the address on file. If you need to change the address, be sure to contact HiBid support to update. Throughout the auction, we will closely watch each registered profile for changes. If your account becomes negative or has negative remarks from another auction houses, we reserve the right to retract your bid and deny access to the current auction and ban your account from entering into future auctions until your account status changes.
If you have questions on a lot, be sure to reach out before bidding. We try our best to answer all questions and emails within 48 hours. On auction day, we may not be able to get to emails in a timely manner.
We reserved the right to withdraw any bid at any time before, during and after the drop of the hammer. A few examples for a withdrawing a bid are: a profile status of a bidder has changed and they are no longer able to participate, a bidder has been flagged as a scammer, there was an error on the listing, the product has been sold and not taken off the auction, the product is damaged or missing, and on occasions the auctioneer made an error and due to his or her discretion have pulled the item making it unavailable.
After the auction is complete each lot is reviewed by the auctioneer any in house lots are inspected and then a invoice is created and emailed to you. When your bid is accepted you will receive an invoice by email. Be sure to check you spam folder as it sometimes goes there. Bid status & Invoices:
After the auction your bid status may say the following.
WON- Congrats! whats next? within a couple hours from the auction ending you will receive an invoice in your email. Please make a prompt payment within 48 hours.
MAY HAVE WON- your bid is under review. This could imply there was a reserve or other indications in place indicating you haven’t quite won and it needs To be reviewed. If accepted an invoice will be emailed To you.
DID NOT WIN- some one out bid you or your bid was not accepted of other reasons.
If the highest bidder breach's the contract agreement and does not pay for their items with in 3 days and does not respond to the attempts we make they forfeited their item/s, reported to hibid for non payment, we leave a review on your profile, and you are bann from all future auctions. At this time we may reach out to the next runner up and offer them a chance to purchase the items. At this time you have the right to decline or accept.
Payments:
All invoices are emailed directly to you after the auction. Payments are due with in 48 hours. If payment is not received we will try to reach you by email, text and phone. If a payment is not made and we are unable to reach you by the 3rd day your invoice will be voided, your item/s will be considered abandoned , you will be reported to hibid for non payment, a review will be left on your profile for other auctioneers to see and you will no longer be able to participate in our auctions.
All sales are final no returns and no exchanges.
Hibid does not run your card.
We offer in house payment methods, you can find them on your invoice.
All invoices over $1,000 and higher maybe be required to pay by wire transfer. Details will be on the invoices. Some items such as fine jewelry, some watches, held for 30 days before shipment, Select items are made to order and could take up to 30 days, all items are inspected before shipped. A certificate of authenticity before shipping and last but not least alot of auction houses are doing the same we may hold your package for 30 days to protect our self's as well as our customers. Due to the rising scammers, fraudulent payments and bidders who do charge backs after receiving items we do this to protect ourselves as well as our customers. If your item/s fall under this category it will be on your invoice.

Payment options-
Hibid does not run your card on file we will send you a invoice after the auction of your winning items, payments are due the same day.
All payment details will be listed on your invoice as well as an authorization agreement between you and AuctionAdiks.
Authorization agreement- Onetime payment authorization agreement between you and the merchant. This agreement is for in person, over the phone and for online payments and transfers/ You the buyer who is authorized on the account in which the payment method is being used give permission for Auction Adiks to accept and or to debt your account for the amount indicated on the invoice attached to this agreement, on or after the indicated date listed on this invoice. This is giving permission for a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional charge unrelated to your account. You the buyer authorize Auction Adiks to charge and or accept the payment method given for the goods described in the invoice attached to this agreement in the amount indicated on this invoice. This is valid for one time use only. You the buyer certify that you are the authorized user of this payment method and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company or bank institution so as long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicating with the invoice. When making the payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
A 4% transaction fee will be added to all invoices that use the credit card option.
Orders $1000.00 Or more maybe required to pay by wire transfer and may have a 30 day hold before shipping.
Buyers premium:
Bidders are responsible for paying the auction house fee (buyers premium) of
20% this amount is added to your total.
Tax:
Oregon is a no sales tax state. It is your Responsibility to record and claim taxes necessary in your state.
Authenticity:
If the item has COA, documentation, papers, appraisals or any form of documentation it will be listed in the description. These documents maybe included with the item or available for a fee. This information will be included in the description. We do not guarantee any thing without documentation or some way to identify the item at hand.
Listing:
We do our best to give accurate pictures of the item at hand, if more info is needed we will add it to the description. Pictures are taken under bright lights can alter the color of an item, we try to point out defects, add sizing and measurements if needed. If you need additional information please reach us before bidding.
Shipping & pick up:
After your payment has been received and has cleared (depending on method 1-5 days)
your item/s will be prepared for shipment. If the item is pick up only it will be noted in the description, LARGER items that offer no shipping, but you prefer shipping. Call us and we can make arrangements . If you are local and would like to schedule to pick up, please email us and we can schedule pick up.
Hold on shipping- All jewelry except costume jewelry , luxury watches, high end designer purses and all invoices over $1000.00 will have a 30 day hold time before shipping.
Some lots require adjustments and or appraisals which take time. Due to the rising number of scammers, chargebacks and other situations we have put this in place no exceptions.
You will have 7 days to pick up your item. If the item is not picked up it will be considered abandoned and up for auction. All pick up orders must be paid within the allotted time frame (48 hours) unless arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
No returns no exchanges all items are final sale!
