Please read the following information regarding the operation of our upcoming Returns Auction:

2. Credit Card in person or by charging the card on file .
3. Cash
4. Debit in person
5. PayPal (Rightside Auctions, BRANTFORD)
**PLEASE NOTE - VISA/MASTERCARD DEBIT CARDS (ATTACHED TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT) WILL NOT WORK WITH OUR SYSTEM.
ALL PAYMENTS (or cash payment notifications) MUST BE PAID/COMPLETED IN FULL NO LATER THAN:

We will provide specific details about how to e-transfer or call in with your card information after auction close. We are not able to take any other forms of payment currently.

FRIDAY September 20th 1pm - 4pm For PREPAID INVOICES ONLY (**E-Transfers MUST be received night of auction close**)
SATURDAY September 21st - 10am - 4pm
SUNDAY September 22nd - 10am - 4pm
MONDAY September 23rd - 10am - 6pm
TUESDAY September 24th - 10am - 4pm
**Our phone lines are open from 10:00am-4:00pm on all other pick-up days.
Please note that there will not be any assistance loading. Please plan with this in mind.
We offer SHIPPING within Canada and the USA!
Cost of carrier Shipping, $6 handling fee per invoice, taxes and applicable duty.
We offer A GUELPH TRANSFER SERVICE

Please note that all invoices MUST be paid in full by the Sunday following the auction
All unpaid invoices will be automatically charged on the Monday following the auction, at or soon after 9am on the credit card on file.
- This is a Returns auction. Items range from electronics, furniture, liquidated grocery, and household items.
- Items are not inspected unless specified. Please be aware that items may have some imperfections. Items could be missing parts, damaged, not the exact item in the box or in most cases nothing wrong at all. This accepted risk is the reason items can be sold at a fraction of the retail cost. Please view all photos and read all descriptions before placing any bids. All items are sold 'As Is'. Read our refund policy in our Terms & Conditions for more details.
- Retail prices are approximations only.
- All food/grocery items are sealed unless otherwise stated (May not apply to outer box) We have included best before dates for applicable lots. If a best before date is not included, it means we weren't able to read it or locate it.
- Each lot is one item, unless otherwise declared in the lot or description.
- All items are non-refundable, please be sure to refer to the description and in-house photos for all the information.

- This is an online only auction.
- Picked up at 434 Lynden Road East, Building #3, Brantford Ontario on the previously specified pick-up days.
- If you purchase an item(s), you MUST pay for that item(s) even if you don't come to pick it up. Your invoice is a bill of sale and must be treated accordingly.
- Inspect your items within 4 days of purchase, especially if you are planning to give something as a gift, we want to ensure everything is as it should be.
- If you are unsure if you have won an item(s) you can check on Hibid, or you can call us. We send invoices via email, please let us know if you have won and not received your invoice within 24 hours of auction close. Make sure your invoice hasn't gone to junk mail or spam. If you have any doubt about whether you have won anything, call us.
- You are bidding on the item listed in the description ONLY. Decorative items, accessories etc. seen in retail photos are NOT INCLUDED. Photos may differ slightly from actual item. ALWAYS REVIEW THE IN-HOUSE PHOTOS FOR INCLUSIONS. Please be aware that some packaging may have damage or may not reflect the packaging shown in the retail photo. Please see in-house photos for exact condition and packaging style.
- Our Buyers premium will be set to 16% for all methods of payment. An additional 13% HST is applied to all invoices.
- "MAY HAVE WON" means that YOU HAVE WON!
- While we try our best to ensure items are of top quality and conditions described in detail, We are not a retail store; we DO NOT refund items if you change your mind (Buyer's Remorse), if it doesn't meet your personal preference, if it is missing hardware or if it has cosmetic damage/imperfections and/or for minor functionality imperfections weather or not it is mentioned in the description or shown in the photos. This is the nature of a returns auction, the buyer assumes some risk in return for more reasonable prices.
Once you bid on an item, you are under contract to pay for that item if your bid wins. We are not able to remove a bid once it has been placed, please place all bids with careful consideration. Read our Terms & Conditions for detailed information about our return policy.
NOTE: Failure to pay for winning items can result in credit bureau actions and/or a negative file which may affect registrations with other Ontario auctions.
