Congratulations!
You have made it this far!
If you are new to online bidding, the following will help you along!
The first thing you need to do, if you see an item you wish to bid on, is to REGISTER with our auction. This will give the auctioneer your name, address, email, and phone number so that when you WIN, they can send you your invoice.
Once you have REGISTERED, you are now able to BID!
With Zoka Online Auction, our bidding schedule starts at $1.00 bids. (You can check the bidding schedule for more information)
If an item has zero bids, then you will see a BLUE BUTTON that states, "BID $1.00". You will be asked to confirm your bid. Once you have confirmed your bid, you have successfully bid $1.00 for that item!
Alternatively, if an item already has had bids, the BLUE BUTTON will state the dollar amount required to place a new bid to win that item.
BUT WHAT IF I PLACED A BID, AND IT SAYS I HAVE BEEN OUTBID?
This means that someone has placed a 'High Bid' on that item. And you can do that too! Remember, $1.00 is the MINIMUM bid amount. When you are asked to confirm your bid, you have the option to change the dollar amount to whatever you want to pay for that item. Therefore, when someone else places a bid below your 'High Bid' amount, THEY will be outbid!! Other bids will continue to be outbid, until someone bids higher than your High Bid amount.
Bidding is open on all lots once you can see the auction states BIDDING OPEN. Zoka Online Auction's auctions close on Wednesdays at 7pm EST. This means that at 7pm EST, the lots will begin closing, starting with the first lot. There is a small amount of time between lots as they each close. This is your opportunity to get your last bids in on any items that are counting down. Once the lot reaches zero seconds, the lot closes and no more bids will be accepted. Whoever has placed the highest bid, WINS!
If you have any questions about bidding, please feel free to contact us at zokaonlineauction@gmail.com. We are always happy to help!
Have fun and good luck!
